When a guest reserves a room with a view, he should be notified in advance that there is a problem with the view. In our case we should have been notified that there is a huge construction crane a few meters out the window, blocking the view. The guest should now this in advance and not be surprised when he arrives!

Excellent stuff, top concierge service. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great view, beautiful garden. Modern design! At first we missed some other options for the eggs at breakfast but the lovely lady did really the extra mile to provide us with, thank you!

Temperature was little to low for us. Sound isolation could be better. We had some difficulty with the shower system.

Honestly only the view!

Rooms were to small, very basic. they were also so so noisy I couldn’t sleep. zero sound proofing.

- Location of the room and visibility from the outside: Although I booked a suite with garden view the room is directly located next to the pool so that every guest crosses by and can have a look into our room. Furthermore, not all windows are opaque and privacy is not guaranteed, which should be offered in that kind of hotel category. - Lightness in the room: A darkening of the room is not possible because the curtains are damaged. - Volume of air conditioner: The AirCon cannot be used because the noise and the volume are unbearable! - Cleanliness of the room: There is mold in the shower, the toilet seat is discolored (yellowish) and it smells very strongly of urine. Also, the socket next to the bed doesn’t work. - Noise disturbance: The noise from the Main Street nearby has not been announced in the hotel description. In Addition, there were mechanical noises (ventilation) outside throughout the night, which meant that the window could not be opened.

facilities and staff were high level . the room was superb and quiet.

the end of the breakfast was maybe a bit too early. no direct private access to the lake which is not a problem because you have a public street about 7 min walk to the lake .

room is veryyyyyyy small although it looks like it is on the lake but you have to walk for 11 minutes to reach the shore of the lake and to return you have to walk the same distance again but taking uphill steps which is exhausting

The location is pretty good. There is a parking.

The pool is not suitable for using, it's not clean, we stayed for 3 days and couldn't use is. Stuff told us that it wouldn be fixed soon but it wasn't. The room is small, water from shower goes out and it's always very humid in the room and smells. I left an umbrella after the rain in the stand at the afternoon and it disappeared, the stuff couldn't find it.

Hotel personal is very warm and nice, feels like home.

Location, style, cleanliness, comfort!

We loved the big windows, and the surrounding gardens. The honestly kitchen was really nice as was the view!

We would like a fridge in the room, and tea making facilities such as a kettle!
