Det låg väldigt mysigt vid en herrgård. Lagom långt till hela bohus kusten.
Det var dåligt väder vid vår resa o frukosten låg i ett annat hus. Tv utbudet var lite trist

Lovely old farm with a new hotel building situated up in the country / wilderness. Very nice staff. The room was nice without any facilities except a small table. Nice bathroom. Excellent salmon-dinner and a breakfast made exclusively according to our wishes. Perfect for our smal dog that was well received and was allowed to accompany us in the dining room.

False advertising. You're staying in a small room, more of a motel. The mansion is private owned do there's no pool table or common area to enjoy. There's nothing but a restaurant with limited menu and items that they've run out of.
Breakfast wasn't that impressive.

Easy to find, free abd easy to park. Free pleasant staff. Nice walk around a lack right from there (a tour of 7km)

Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds, good location for those around Munkedal. Family friendly.
Unclear where reception was (sign with an arrow to the left was misleading, reception was actually at the restaurant).

Contrary to some grumpy travelers comments, breakfast had eggs : boiled eggs, pancakes/crêpes, and was well restocked throughout breakfast time.

Contrary to some grumpy travelers comments, the dinner was great: The menu is unpretentious and short:we had a nice Italian wine, and the veal was served rosé with exceptionally good fries (which to my French palate was a mark of distinction, and to the palate of my Belgian partner was a delight).
My dog had a great time, and was accepted and well treated.
We had a great walk in the woods behind the estate , where horses train.

Charming location, surrounded by nature and within short driving distance to the touristy port-cities. All rooms are on the ground floor and have outdoor seating, very inviting for a glass of wine in the evening. Friendly staff ready to help with any questions too!
The breakfast can definitely benefit from more attention from the staff. Both in variety as well as making sure all is cooked / baked.
