It's an extremely warm cozy cottage seating at an upslope of the hill. It's run by a friendly family, and we were overwhelmed by their hospitality every single day there. Mike and Kylie ran the hotel so well that we felt we were no longer individual guests in a hotel, rather members of a small community where people meet, chitchat, game and share. Both breakfast and dinner were provided, which were hearty, sumptuous and delicious. With this arrangement, we didn't have to worry about what to eat before and after the ski. The room is clean and with big comfortable bed. Although the Wifi signal was not so good at my room, after a long day ski, satisfying dinner and some games downstairs, we really didn't spend much time on our phone in our room. We were not really bothered by that. Every morning, my kids ski out to the ski facility, and afternoon, we took the oversnow transport (get the free transfer coupon from the hotel) back to the hotel. No sweat. My kids kept telling me they would like to go back and stay in the same hotel next time. I guess there's no stronger endorsement than this. Lol.

Wifi signal was not strong and slow.

beautiful room , king bed is super comfy . Comfortable facilities, people here they friendly.

no kettle in room , so I can’t drink hot water at night in winter time maybe it needed , but they provide downstairs.

Cosy and comfortable inside and the bedroom was large. All meals were great.

Noise outside bedroom on tin roof from rain fall all night long kept me awake. There is no under cover outdoor area to sit and enjoy the location so it was too hot when the sun was out and wet when it rained.
