The property was beautiful, well equipped and comfortable.

If I had to find a problem there was no hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom- no biggie I just bought some from the shop which was only a couple minutes walk from the apartment.

No breakfast supplied but a generous basket of good quality food was.

No improvements needed

The thoughtful host left wonderful local breakfast goods which was a great touch. The property was spotless, fabulous location and enough parking for two cars which was a bonus. Couldn’t fault our stay at all!

Nothing - fantastic value for money

Great location well kitted out and very comfortable. Really nice layout in the flat and even with the kids sharing a room for a family of 4 didn’t feel crowded. Great having the parking spaces and walking distance to all the lovely local shops and restaurants.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of Brockenhurst. Easy to unload the car as parking is right outside and the apartment is really well set up with a lovely homely feel .

Welcome email with full instructions for getting into the property . The welcome food hamper waiting on the door step. Nice to have dark towels provided so used to everything white!! Host was available within a few minutes of calling about the parking issue. Everywhere was clean and spacious and kitchen was well stocked.

Bathroom hand soap was running low soon after arrival, oven said it needed an eco clean when went to use it.

The apartment was very stylish, nicely presented and very clean. The location was great, all shops and amenities just around the corner and it was a great location to explore the New Forest. There was parking and a lovely welcome box. The property owner was friendly and helpful and available on the phone and text.

I didn't receive check in details prior to arrival so had to trouble the owner to access the keys. The Welcome box was wonderful and very much appreciated but only arrived the day before we left.
