Breakfast was average and not great for the price paid. Location was great for the beach as it's right at the front and there are some facilities which can be used by guests. The staff are great and very friendly which make the stay better

room was dated and not what I was expecting for the price. The room I was in had a lot of ants in the bathroom which meant for the remaining days I kept everything packed in my suitcase.

It was a one night stay so we could see this side of the island during our one week vacation. It is good that we did not plan our whole holiday here relying on the photos on the site. There is a difference between them and the other places we stayed at the same price level. There is not a single positive aspect we can say except the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The bathroom of the room smelled completely and the smell was covering the whole room. The bed springs were broken and creaked at the slightest movement and was uncomfortable. We were constantly woken up by the sound of the bed. There was constant noise from the corridor for room cleaning in the early hours of the morning. Internet was not working properly from the room. I don't think he's even worth half of his money. Well below expectation. I definitely do not recommend. You can stay in more luxurious and hygienic hotels for the same prices.

J'ai aimé le petit déjeuner et l'emplacement de l'hôtel

J'avais réservé une chambre économique de cet hôtel 4 étoiles. Quelle déception ! Surprise à l'arrivée : la chambre (chambre 412) est à dans un bâtiment extérieur à l'hôtel, face à l'hôtel, coincée entre 2 rues bruyantes. La chambre donne directement sur l'entrée des cuisines de l'hôtel et la zone de déchargement et des poubelles. Conséquences : nuisances sonores toute journée, une grande partie de la nuit et très tôt le matin. impossible de dormir y compris avec des boules quies. Des camions viennent décharger de la marchandise en permanence et laissent tourner leur moteur + passages permanent de voitures, des clients et du personnel de l'hôtel + les arrêts de bus de tourisme et autres véhicules. Cette chambre ne devrait pas être proposée aux clients, surtout pour un tarif de 200e la nuit !!! A force d'insister tous les jours et en menaçant au final de porter réclamation, l'hôtel m'a changée de chambre au bout de 5 jours; mais ces 5 jours ont été gâchés.

The staff was rude and not co-operative at all; the staff kept asking for extra money. The room service is horribe; they charge a fees to deliver even a water bottle to your room, and no one informs about the fees during check in. we had to come down from our room each time to get anything!
