Very clean, serviced each day with fresh towels provided. A nice big, bright room with an air conditioning unit. Beautiful garden and pool area. Overall a well maintained property. Good location; a quiet residential area within easy reach of the promenade/old town (about a 20 minute walk) and Bacvice beach (about a 5 minute walk).

We did request a slightly later check out, only by 2 hours as we had a very late evening flight back. This couldn’t be accommodated for us which was a little disappointing, although we completely understand it’s high season and busy.

Lovely clean room. The small shared pool is a nice bonus in the heat. It’s about 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. It’s an easy walk with plenty to see so we enjoyed it but you are staying in a nice residential area rather than the tourist centre. As there is no restaurant or bar at the hotel it does commit you to walking quite a bit or getting taxis as there is nothing much within 10 minutes walk. We were ok exploring but others might prefer more on site. If you do explore then Split is a great place to do it.

It’s more an Airbnb than a hotel but it’s a very good one. There was a lovely coffee shop about 10 minutes walk away (Cookie Lab) for breakfast but it got very busy as there seemed no alternatives. If you wanted a drink in the heat you also had to go off and find a bar although there were some supermarkets in the city centre. The negatives are more just for info as we loved the place and would happily stay again. All the staff were great too.

Super clean property and lovely spacious room.

We found the location felt a bit ‘out of the way’ from the city and cab fare at 20E one way a bit prohibitive to popping back there for the evening. It was a bit of a shame that no information was provided in the room either as to local facilities in the area, and there was no reception as such at the property or anyone around to help. We wondered what we would have done had we lost the keys in the evening as there was no contact information provided of anyone to contact. Bed was a bit hard for our liking.

Room was large, comfortable & clean. Tea & coffee making provided. Air con. Good location to walk into the Old Town (20 mins) and beach although reasonably steep hill to climb on return. Cleaners very friendly and helpful, towels etc changed everyday and the apartment cleaned to a high standard. Taxi transfers organised by agent were very good.

Not made aware of 20 Euro late check in fee after 8pm. Keys to property given on arrival but no further info, even a city map would have been helpful! No breakfast. Large step in out and out of bath/shower. Shower head broken. Water heater would heat just enough water for 1 shallow bath. Noisy fridge in bedroom. Noisy barking dogs at night (and seagulls!). Safety deposit box in room was broken. Swimming pool was very small but deep (2 strokes and you would get from one side to the next). 10am room vacation.

The property is lovely . Spacious room , beautiful garden & pool . We were very well looked after by Dakar . A lovely friendly & helpful lady - nothing was too much trouble . The Countess who own’s the property was in residence on holiday when we were there . She lives on the top floor . An equally lovely & friendly & gave us many good recommendations of excellent restaurants to eat & things to go & see .

We were lucky that the owner was there to help us as the property manager hadn't arrived yet.

There was absolutely no signage that the house was an actual guesthouse. We found a parking spot in the neighborhood and starting asking the neighbors if they knew where the guesthouse was, fortunately the house had a pool which was unique for the area. When we got to the house, there was no signage indicating that it was a guesthouse. We just opened the door and starting calling for help. Fortunately, the owner was there and was able to help us.

Great little guest house! Super quiet area with a nice relaxing pool/pretty garden area out front. Only about a 10-20 minute walk to restaurants / bars and a few minutes to the beach.

The lady who checked us in was extremely rude. We put in on booking 2-8pm arrival because that was the only option. We were supposed to get in at 8 but ended up arriving closer to 930 as the ferry was a little late then we had to walk there. When we got there the lady was extremely rude and was like “I didn’t think you were coming - I messaged you (which I checked numerous times and she never did). Then the next day we asked her how to turn on the shower and she was super rude again claiming she showed us the prior night and we just weren’t listening to her when she never did. Great place overall but the customer service we received was not good.

Amazing garden and pool in the heart of Split

The owner arranged collection from the airport. Our room was big, airy and very clean, a huge bed and a smart bathroom with bubble bath and towels provided. You have the opportunity to take breakfast at the Park Hotel (same ownership) for 11 euros, it is five minutes walk away. You can walk into Split town in 15 mins otherwise I recommend Uber. The owner and staff are super helpful.

Garden is smaller than shown on photos but cutting back of shrubs would improve this - there are sun loungers for four people and if all three rooms are occupied this may be a problem.

Jogda was a super host, very helpful, on arrival Jogda collected us from the airport and gave us a tour of split and showed us the town and gave recommendations. The property was very clean and smelled amazing, has a lovely garden and pool. It’s in a great location less than 5 min walk to the beach. About a 10-15 min walk into the centre of split old town, but there are restaurants allot closer.
