When we walked in the house, we were blown away. Everything from the views and location relative to the surrounding ski resorts was awesome. We loved the hot tub as well as hanging out in the basement watching tv and playing games. I would recommend this house for anyone staying in the Breckenridge area.

Overall not bad but few issues do need addressing. Second smaller bedroom on main level is COLD (our visit was in December/New Years) and adjusting thermostat did nothing and the fireplace in this bedroom is only for looks (nonfunctional). This same bedroom is not a true bedroom-no closet just a furniture armoire in a corner and the room is tiny but we made it work. The rest of the house is hot at night no matter thermostat setting. Downstairs is especially hot at night no matter thermostat setting so need windows opened. Neighbors are quick to complain (Karens are watching). Not enough larger wine glasses. If you drink cabernet then take your own red wine glasses cause the ones provided are for champagne or port only. The master bedroom on main level has big shower but the hot water gets cold fast especially if others have recently showered-this is a major bummer. It doesnt run out of hot water it just turns colder minute by minute so constant adjusting of water temp is needed. Overall the house was good despite the above remarks and we had a great time (2 families and a set of grandparents). Its about 5 minutes from town so its quiet and garage is big enough to hold 2 large SUVs. I would recommend this property and the only reason I hesitate to give it a perfect rating is because of the above shortcomings. Clean and up to date appliances and comfie beds.

There were nine of us, four “adults” and five boys, ages 18-20. The five bedrooms worked really well for us. The two master suites worked well for the adults and the other three bedrooms were plenty of rooms for the boys.
The view from the back deck in the morning was fantastic. The boys really enjoyed the spa at the end of the day. The boys stayed downstairs most of the time which was nice. Overall, a perfect fit and great accommodations.

The house was as stated, our group was very pleased with it. We were 2 families of 4 and a set of grandparents. The bedroom arrangement was perfect. The younger families with the kids were all able to stay downstairs. The kids loved the foosball table! They had their own TV on and fireplace and could be as loud as they wanted without disturbing the grandparents upstairs. The adults loved the wet bar in the downstairs den as well. The main floor was very roomy with plenty of seating in the den and the dining area. The mud room was also perfect for all of our jackets and boots. There were plenty of dishes and spices for us to use. The only complaint was a need for more big utensils (cooking spoons) and bathroom washcloths. Ryan was very easy to work with and answered our text/call very promptly (even in the evening!) I would definitely recommend this house.

This was a great property to relax in while enjoying the winter wonderland around us. So long as you go in knowing it is a little longer drive to get to the slopes/town, nothing bad to say. The Wi-Fi was a little unstable at times, but not sure if that was an issue with the home or the internet provider. Overall, it was an excellent property for two families, a total of eight people, to enjoy.

One of the nicest things about this house was the two separate living areas so a large family could spend down time doing different things. It also had plenty of space to park 3 cars. We were there for Thanksgiving week and found pans, dishes, some baking pans and a hand mixer and blender all helpful in the making Thanksgiving dinner. There are tons of regular water glasses but only 5 wine glasses which seemed strange for a house that says it sleeps 12. Also, there were only 6 towels for the hot tub. The one queen bedroom seemed to be more of a den with a bed in it. No closet, dresser or easy access to more than a half bath. We made it work, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. The management company was very good about telling us directions and instructions ahead of time. We would recommend this house despite these few issues that can be easily resolved by either management or owner.

Overall very pleased with this property. Having access to a 2 car heated garage was a big help. The accommodations were great. The kitchen was well stocked. Accessing the hot tub was very convenient from the lower level with plenty of Hot Tub towels. The home is very accessible even when it is snowing. Bathrooms were spacious

Great stay!
The house is 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and in a nice neighborhood with gorgeous views. The pictures don't do it justice! The house itself was perfect for the 7 adults and 3 kiddos that stayed there. We had plenty of room to spread out and it didn't feel too cramped to have everyone in the dining room and kitchen when we were prepping meals and playing card games. The mud room is right off thr garage where the washer/dryer is and was large enough to hold all of our ski/sledding gear including coats and boots. The floors in the bathrooms are also heated which made for a nice surprise. The beds are super comfortable as well. Overall a fantastic stay!!

Very nice family vacation home
This was our second time taking a winter trip to Colorado. This time with more family. It was 9 of us total. There was a snow storm the first couple of days of our vacation. We had a few challenges with the driveway being plowed but, Ryan was amazing at making sure things were taken care of. The house was beautiful and spacious. My room was located downstairs across from another room that was locked. It was a bit noisy at night once everything was quiet. Not sure what the locked room is used for but, it was noisy. Kitchen was well stocked, view was amazing and the Jacuzzi was the best! Please be aware of the annoying neighbor. We left our van parked on the street right in front of the house when we were waiting on the plowers to come clear the driveway and she walked over taking pictures of our van and told us that it is illegal to park on the street. I explained that we were waiting on the plowers then, she expressed that she would hate for the police to come by and write us a ticket. The next day she left sticky notes on the front door telling us to turn our lights off and do this and don't do that. It was very annoying to have the "HOA President" giving us the neighborhood rules during our stay. Overall it was a very nice stay. Make sure you have 4X4/AWD because the driveway is a little steep.

This is a great house for a family to gather, relax, and enjoy. Well equipped, comfortable, and in a beautiful neighborhood just outside the town of Breckenridge. Went snow shoeing on Breckenridge golf course, skiing on the mountain, and followed both with a dip in the hot tub. Enough said!

Good views in the highlands
Property manager was not very helpful when we had a delay in getting the driveway plowed and instead told us to deal with it ourselves, effectively. Other than that, the property was as described. The view was great and the neighborhood is amazing as always as long as you have 4WD or AWD.

Good But Not Great
We are very familiar with Breck and as we live in Denver we have been going there for over 30 years. We know the Highlands and we know this side of the Highlands, near the golf course. We like this side of town when we don’t need to walk into town for anything. Property was fine and pictures were accurate. Not much for outdoor living space (smalll deck). Not as clean as we expected, including dishware and silver. Grill was very much in need of a clean. Bathrooms need some extra attention, and maybe don’t leave multiple used plungers that still had pieces of toilet paper (and no telling what else) still on them, indicating they hadn’t been rinsed/cleaned after unclogging something. Ultimately, the place is on par with most rentals in this area but nothing will make us rush back. Excellent communication by Ryan and process was simple. We appreciate using the property and enjoyed ourselves.

We checked in on 1/2/20 and there were 12 of us. The house is very nice and spacious, even with 12 people and very well priced. The amenities were great, the house is well stocked and the neighborhood is beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing House in Mountain
This property was perfect for our family thanksgiving / birthday celebration. We enjoyed sledding in the snow and then going in to warm up by fire place. Everything was very well maintained and the space with great for our large group!
