Great location and clean big room! Quick response from friendly staff.

The apartment was compact but comfortable, just what we needed for our short stay. Close walk to all amenities 10 mins in every direction. Maria was lovely.

The apartment is located in a strategic area, close to most of the most iconic destinations. Ideal for young families.

It is a weekend, being a central area it is a bit noisy at night.

Lovely apartment, and the host left us some port to enjoy! The bed was also very comfortable.

From first contact with Maria, she looked after us for the whole time, she is absolutely brilliant, instant answers to our txts, better than any hotel hotel reception with full staff. Maria is exactly what everyone needs when you make a booking, she is like a personal service provided to you only for your every need during your stay & after too! Absolutely nothing, loved every bit!!!

At first we thought we were going to be too far from the centre but it was perfect. Porto is small so we walked everywhere and had no need of public transport.

We thought it would have been useful to have a folder of useful recommendations for restaurants cafes and supermarkets that other tenants have discovered or the host could recommend. We were unlucky that the tenant above was very noisy because the sound insulation in the ceiling is not good.

You get a snapshot of Porto living. Comfy and snug apartment. Quiet.

A bit small for 4 adults.

they’re was no parking and there’s no balcony like the one that you see in the pictures

the apartment was very clean bed linen smelt so fresh. the small kitchen was well equipped. It had a good shower and the bed was comfortable. The location suited us with lots of good restaurants nearby small supermarket also nearby, and within 10 minute walk the Trinidad’s metro that takes you straight to and from the airport. The owner was very helpful and easily contactable.

it didn’t bother us but there is no lift so please be aware of that.

Just a few minor details which Maria is dealing with.

The apartment was well located for walking into the central historical area of Porto, and for the main metro station (Trindade). Although we never met her in person, our host Maria provided useful information both before and during our visit. It was helpful to have key codes for both the external and internal doors because it enabled the two of us to come and go separately when required.

The accommodation was described as a one-bedroom apartment but it was a studio apartment (bed-sit), the only other room being the bathroom. There was limited storage space for clothes etc and limited crockery/cutlery available. A couple of lights in the apartment did not work and the bathroom light failed halfway through our visit; this was reported to Maria but the light was never repaired so the bathroom remained in darkness for the last three days of our stay.

Comfortable apartment, wonderful terrace, host was very responsive and helpful, good location, secure building. The value was good. We were two friends on holiday and needed 2 separate sleeping areas... this apartment was perfect, a private bedroom and then the sofa bed in the living room.

It's a great apartment to stay in, spacious, comfortable and with all things to make you feel at home away from home. Maria is also a great host and was always available to help us. We enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly stay here again.

Very small things but could be of help: - Some utensils could be replaced with new ones. - The floors are thin so you can hear the neighbors walking, it didn't bother us but good to be aware of.

Location was perfect. It was clean and neat.

Little noisy at times in the evening. Lack of proper instructions by the owner before hand. For example not telling us where to leave luggage on check out, how close it is to the apartment, requiring photo idies before releasing doors key codes.

Very clean, easy to communicate with the host and in a great central location.
