We had a wonderful stay. Valencia was a great destination and this apartment has everything you need to make it home. The location is fantastic! A quick stroll to the Mercat Central and a convenient Supermercado. All of the historic sights are within walking distance, and the beach plus the City of Arts and Sciences are easily accessed by public transit. Enrique is an amazing host! He was incredibly helpful helping us settle in and stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure all was well. We’ll miss you, Valencia!!

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was spacious, comfortable and well stocked. It also was very convenient to all the sights of Valencia. . Margarita and He risqué were very helpful, welcoming us and helping us with all of our questions and arrangements. Great place!

Well this was our first trip to Valencia and I had high hopes for an excellent trip. Usually that’s a recipe for a letdown but in this case the expectations were met, and even exceeded. Valencia has a lot to offer and this apartment is located in a great location to take it all in. The apartment has it all and was very clean and comfortable. Enrique met with us the first day and went over all the things we could do, where to buy food, etc. So helpful! Though located in center city, it gets quiet at night other than some noise when the nearby garbage bins are emptied. Would definitely stay again should we come back to Valencia someday!

Well kept, well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Great location in old town and only a ten minute walk for buses/metro to beach. Beautiful city, very walkable with gorgeous parks and green spaces every where. Hosts were waiting for us as arranged and were very welcoming and knowledgeable.

This apartment is as advertised. Great location, clean and within walking distance of many attractions. It’s on a rather private street however is very loud with people partying, especially on Friday and Saturday nights until at least 2am. If you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you.

The hosts, Enrique and Margarita, was great. Gave excellent advice and welcomed us with warmth. The place itself radiates old world charm and the location was perfect.

We had everything we needed and we made to feel very welcome, including some excellent advice on places to go and local public transport options. Four of us stayed in this cute apartment for a week while we visited our daughter studying in Valencia. It was super convenient, walking distance for museums, bars, restaurants, shopping, market, and public transportation. We love walking and exploring and this place worked perfect for us and our two twenty something children. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for amenities. As well as beach towels and umbrella for our beach excursions. Enrique also was very welcoming and gave us all kinds of great advice, brochures and maps. Super helpful host. Would definitely return to this location!!

This is one of the best places me and my family have stayed at! The apartment was beautiful and the location was absolutely perfect. The host was very helpful in getting us set up and gave us some wonderful recommendations for Valencia! They made our whole stay perfect!

This is a huge apartment in the centre of the old part of Valencia. The pre-trip communication with the owners was excellent and Enrique was waiting for us when we arrived, offering us helpful advice on the local area. The apartment is extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. As it is so central, be aware that it can be noisy at night with some late night party revellers and frequent bin collections! However, this would not deter us from renting this wonderful apartment again. Valencia is a beautiful city and well worth a visit!

Very nice appartment that is centrally located. We walked to everything. We stayed there for one month and discover new things everyday. Our hosts, Enrique and Margarita, were the best! Always available, they provided us with multitude of informations on Valencia. The only downside would be that the apartment is very close to garbage and recycling bins and there is quitte some noise when the city picks it up (late evening and early morning). But after a couple of days we got used to it. Would recommend without any hesitation.

We stayed here in 2018 and loved the apartment and Valencia and we promised to return. This time we were there for an entire month and it lived up to our memories and more. The apartment is lovely, nicely decorated with beautiful artwork and furniture and with all the things one needs to live well - dishes, cooking supplies, music, lots of blankets, etc. The location of the apartment is perfect. It is on a quiet alley but within a few steps are bars and restaurants, a great bakery, and more. In the other direction is the amazing El Mercado Central, Perhaps the larest food market in Europe, where we bought delicious meats, fish, cheese, veggies. Enrique and Marguerite are lovely people; very responsive to our questions and happy to share their recommendations on Valencia. We are hoping to return yet again.

Enrique & Margarita place is absolutely beautiful, great location with many of Valencia’s sights in walking distance, lots of lovely restaurants & bars close by, Enrique was there to greet us on arrival and explained everything about the apartment & sights to see, book this apartment you will not be disappointed! This apartment was perfect for us. The neighborhood was great - walkable to so many shops, restaurants and must-see spots in Valencia. Enrique and Margarita were wonderful and very helpful hosts. They had many helpful suggestions about the city and they had everything ready for us - we never had any problems or questions for them during our stay.

Enrique was fantastic took 1/2 hour to tell us everything. Even gave us bus numbers on places we wanted to go to. He checked up a couple of times to make sure everything was going well. Apartment was beyond great. Large well decorated ECT. Location fantastic. 15 minute walk to everywhere in Old Town. By far the best VRBO place we have ever stayed at. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience.
