Location is close to the beach, clean room

Entrance is difficult to find, as not able to park in front of it. Parking is pay per night

Very accomodating as I asked for a lower floor room for disability reasons, and we were given a first floor room. Room very clean and tidy. Fittings and bathroom modern and great shower. Staff very friendly and helpful especially as we were later arriving than expected due to delayed disembarkation at Genoa. Breakfast was lovely.

A kettle/ tea and coffee making facilities would have been much appreciated Couldn't connect to WiFi Charged €7 for parking when hotel information leaflet said free if you leave before 10am.

A perfect place to relax and forget about everything. Very nice, comfortable and extremely clean room. Excellent location. To reach the sea you just have to cross the road. Would thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel by the sea. The staff are helpful and friendly. Celle is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is short walk away from centre. An excellent value for money and will definitely go back!

We were in transit, so just stopped for one night; the location was very good, close to the highway, next to the seaside. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful. We had a very good dinner in a restaurant nearby (Bar Focacceria I Giascia), suggested by the staff.

A narrow street led to the parking, it was a bit difficult to get there, as we were driving a van, which is probably not an issue for the majority of the travelers

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the train station, but very close to one of the main beaches in Celle. The beach (Spiaggia Piani) is mostly private beach, but offers also a public space on its northern part (i.e., you have to walk along the sea for 10 minutes to reach it). The room was cleaned every day, equipped with fresh towels and complementary toiletries. The personal could speak reasonably well English. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping and resting.

The room was quite small even for one person. The AC was central-operated without any control in the room. The main window of the room led directly (20 cm difference in height) to the terrace, which made its opening unsettling and not comfortable. The overall equipment of the room seemed much like re-used furniture from several different places.

Customer service We stayed in the hotel for 7 nights. The staff are amazing in this hotel. We only got premium customer service. Everything is well-organized, the hotel is always clean, and when we needed an electric fan close to midnight, we got it right away. Parking space is also spacious. We had a room with an ocean view so it was perfect. They also had a sundeck so that's where we hang out at night. The hotel has a bar so you can get drinks. Hotel location The hotel is well-located. It is close to various 'bagni', restaurants, bars, and shops. We had a relaxing stay in Celle Ligure because everything is accessible from the hotel. Hotel restaurant The hotel has a restaurant which is situated around 300 meters from the hotel. We were there almost every night and the food is amazing and the prices are reasonable! The staff were also very nice. We tried other restaurants but we find that we get more value for our money in the hotel's restaurant. Their seafood dishes and desserts are a must!
