Clean older hotel. What I paid for the night , I was very happy

Weather was great, family lives in Ohio so this was an anniversary trip and stay.

For the price it was acceptable. It is in need of some improvements. Carpets need refreshing, walls could use some repairs and new paint, laundry room needs a house phone and sink, some sprucing up and more efficient appliances. Would be nice for breakfast to go to 10 am, especially on weekend-some guest may like to sleep-in a bit. Staff was great and very attentive.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. The pictures on the website were very misleading. The only good thing was at the hot tub actually worked.

Room had a musty smell bathroom smelled like pee you could feel the springs on the mattress on your body carpet was stained real small selection at breakfast staff was not friendly I have stayed at this motel many times over several years and was always good don’t know what happened next time I am in Lima I will find another place to stay I would not recommend this motel

I wish the breakfast had more varieties such as PEANUT BUTTER Packets. Also another toaster since there was a line of customers for them. Also a channel guide as to what the TV channels are. This could be a simple list of the 57 channels. It takes forever to click through them all to find what you want.

The bathroom was not clean. Hair on the tissue box. Dirt in corners. Dirt on bedding. Old smell. Breakfast was mediocre. No waffle batter for the waffles and coffee was watered down

The continental breakfast was fine but I would have liked fruit. All in all, it was a good value. The staff was polite and the room was clean and spacious.

Bathroom was disgusting shower and shower curtain had dirt and mold all over it. Room looks like the sheets were just changed and on path on the rug was vacuum, the rest of the room was dirty. Dust on everything the mirrors,tv,mirror,clock,servants, and windows. Wish I could add pictures to this review. One of my worst hotel stays :(

Depressing place, musty smell throughout, room was dirty, everything outdated, outlets were all too loose for a charger to stay in, bed was sub-par, would have been ‘satisfied’ at $50/night, cost almost double that. Someone is rigging the rating for this hotel, no way is it 8/10, I stay at a lot of places and this is a solid 4-5, great place to bring a cheap prostitute, felt like locking my wallet in the truck, but did not look much safer over there, however I did not see any bugs or needles in the room, so at least someone is on top of that

It is very conveniently located right off I75 and easy to find. It is a bit dated, but the rooms are laid out well and in good condition.
There is not much around besides a Subway for food, but there is at the next exit

Came for the 2024 April Solar Eclipse. The court yard was perfect for setting up my camera and hear. Everyone including the staff were super friendly.

We stayed here for the 2024 eclipse and it was good enough for our needs. The room was quiet, clean, and moderately roomy. Breakfast was limited, but sufficient if you’re not looking for gourmet offerings. Staff was competent and friendly.
