It was a nice hotel.

The room did not appear as nice from the online photos. The toilet did now work or flush at all upon arrival. I called the front and was informed that maintenance would be right there to fix it. No one ever arrived. I had to spend the night with a non-working toilet which was disgusting.

Room was very cramped no where to put luggage, bathroom had a damp dirty bath towel folded in with clean towels. House keeping knocked on door 3 times before checking out, parking was crowded no where to park after 8pm.

My family and I spent 3 days at this establishment. The check-in process was really easy and the front desk clerk was professional and polite. We were missing a few items in our room such as a shower curtain and extra towels but they were promptly brought to our room after we had requested them at the front desk. If you have any requests, you'll need to walk up to the front desk and ask since there is no number to call. We had no issues with parking. The parking lot was pretty open all day until around 6, then it seemed to fill up but there was still plenty of open spots. The beds were comfortable and the sheets appeared to be clean. Now for the cleanliness of the room.... It wasn't the worst but it could definitely use some more love. There were toothpaste spots on the mirror, dried food left on the utensils, a used sponge left on the sink with a half bottle of dish soap, the carpets could use a good shampooing as they did turn your feet a light shade of black if you walked barefoot on them, and the mattress in the pull-out sofa had quite a few stains on it. Overall, those weren't deal breakers since the rest of our stay was great but just something the hotel could improve on. We do plan on returning in a few months, as we enjoyed the location of the establishment and it was a good price for the room we booked.

My mom and I came to Flagstaff to visit my daughter who was having a birthday. My mom had a hard time getting up and downstairs but we were put in a second floor room. Both my mom and myself made it apparent on check in that second floor was not ideal, but it was shrugged off. The room did not have a chair for the desk so when hanging in the room you had to sit on the bed to do work or watch tv.

Toilet was moving when sitting on it. In the morning I found that it was leaking as there was quite a bit of water on the floor near toilet from either flushing and/or the movement. Awful smell of moth balls outside of our room, but didn't smell it by other rooms. Visually clean for it's older age I guess. Crisp, ironed sheets was a plus. Price was good, but you get what you pay for in that location.

We booked a room with 6 people staying but the towels the hotel provided were only 3. Also, there was a bath tub in the room (not in the bathroom) but it didn't have a table inside the room for us to eat. The room set was a little wired.

There was a live cockroach in the bathroom and I could not continue to stay there. I was offered another room, but I’m assuming the problem is the same in all of the rooms. I’d like a refund for the night I could not stay there. There were also ants on the counter and coffee area.

Stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable. The check in was different just due to the lobby area was very sterile and still had Covid plexiglass up.

This is a good location. The staff was very professional and kind. I just struggled with the cleanliness. There was blood smeared around the inside of the windows by the curtains, hair in the shower, and the room smelled really bad. The beds were not uncomfortable, but nothing to write home about. This is a decent inexpensive option of it were cleaner.

Cockroach on window seal, blood dot stains on sheet, brown stains on comforter, coffee pot was dusty inside, paint peeling off wall, shower brown stains floor and major around rim, air conditioner sounded between nails on a chalkboard and a plane taking off when going on and then rattled, place needs to be renovated.

Handy Motel if you want to stay in Flagstaff. Two big beds in the rooms and no issues during our stay

Stains on sheets, pillowcase on inside out, no toilet paper roller, no ice bucket

No linens for sofa bed, other than top sheet (no pillows, no blanket) upon arrival and front desk said there wasn’t any but will check other rooms to find something. Half hour later, showed up with one pillow. Kitchenette didn’t have any paper towels or dish towel and sink faucet loose and small refrigerator didn’t get cold. Arrived late (10:30pm) and other guest had dog that barked every time walked by to unload car (felt bad for other guests).

Older folks have hard time lifting suitcases up metal stairs, need a lift or elevator to upper floors. Rooms were perfect for our overnight stay. Would stay again but book ground level rooms.

Not my favorite budget stay in Flagstaff. I’m certain there are rooms that are in better condition and have better bathrooms at this motel. The room that I was assigned was clean but was lacking in enough ways to prompt this three star review.

No complaints about the room or property in general. Someone broke a jar of something so there was glass on the ground. Nothing that the property manager did wrong.

About what I expected at the price point. I was very disappointed that they would not refund me the last day because I had to leave early.

It was ok. The beds were just too soft and my back was achy in the morning. The shower was nice!

Wonderful stay. Place was clean. It’s not a total renovation but it was enough to show they tried. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

It was a quick trip. Overall the stay was nice.

After a long day of traveling i checked in. Walls are thin, had a room with kids on the top floor. I called the front desk several times for noise disturbance & nothing was done. At 9am,there was a knock on the door and house keeping continued to knock. I finally answered the door and the housekeeper said, "oh I was just checking if you were still here". Check out time was 11am! I felt very tired & sleepy by the time I checked out.

The room floor was wet. Unsure if it was from the rain or the AC but it was uncomfortable having to climb over a king size bed and my sleeping partner simply to get off and on the bed. The tub had a crack and the minute we turned the jets on, dirt came out. It was disgusting! One of the queen beds sheets had dirt on them. I had to remove them before I laid my child on that bed.

When i checked in, thwy were going to put me upstairs but i asked for a downstairs room so she accommodated me. The bed was so comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. The room was fully stocked with towels. Id stay there again.

We stayed only ONE night. The bathroom floor was filthy when we got there. The shower didn’t look clean either. Even the toilet had visible residue. It made me wonder if the bathroom had been cleaned at all. I always bring sanitizing wipes, thank goodness.

Good service..

A fine motor lodge for the price. The room was clean, pool was clean, and the staff were friendly. Some construction taking place on the steps and the ole window ac, while it works well, makes the usual obnoxious noises. The continuous trains across the street add to the noise. The staff just make me happy. Always friendly and smiling, I loved their positive energy. Worthwhile value for the price.
