Very nice Staff and area

Booked a room with VIP Platinum status, got a room in which you enter through bathroom (literally, door opens to a sink, shower is on the right from the door). Bed is so small that my spouse and me could barely fit. There is no closet, just a bar with hangers behind the tv (!?)
Very unVIP experience.
Amazing location for shopping in Metzingen though.

Nice Stay as it has been every time we have been there.
Staff is super Nice and service minded.
Prices in the restaurant are a bit steep and service not always the quickest, but the food is generally good Quality.
Would be Nice with an option to take an early breakfast to Go, as we usually use this place as a stop-over on our travels back from or Down to our summer holiday in Italy/France, and typically leave very early to get a jump on traffic.

Checked in on Sunday, no restaurant or food or beverage service available. Did online check in but still had to go through check in procedure upon arrival. Rooms are very small, nothing special, view at wall to another building.

Warning!!! Please read the check in policy of this property. Expedia will let you book the property and if you are checking in after business hours you will not be able to check in. There will be no one staffing the Hotel after business hours. Hotel will not refund your stay. The customer service after our experience was also a great disappointment. Not recommended for last minute bookings.

Nice Hotel, perfect location. Friendly staff, quick check-in and out. Clean room, clean environment. Hotel parking is just right beside the Hotel, but 14 EUR/night. Thanks for the covered parking!

Staff is excellent and the location of the hotel is walking distance to the shopping area. The hotel is charming with lots of unique decor and restaurants are superb!

The usual pleasant stay but I’m not sure if they did some upgrading to the rooms during the last two years. The glass sliding door and the tiny bathroom was really something we are not comfortable with at all. Service was good as before. Free parking was available when we were there.

Good hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. Right next to Outletcity. Restaurant quality was a pleasant surprise. Stayed on the double room and lightening could be better.

In general it was good. Staffs were friendly and we could park our car free of charge next to the hotel. In house restaurant was nice especially dinner at the terras was wonderful in the summer night. Only minus point was our room without airco in the hottest night of the year eventhough I had to pay extra to upgrade my room.

Had a great stay. The hotel is just a stone throw from the main shopping strip. One of the best bunch of staffs I have come across. Always smiling and very welcoming. Will definitely stay there again.

Very close to the outlets. Clean and tidy in the room. However not spacious at all considering the room rate. Also the breakfast not pricerite.

The food at the restaurant below the hotel is amazing. The hotel is clean. Near to amenities and temperature is warm enough in the room as it was winter that we were there and outside was near 1degree Celsius. Overall stay was pleasant for the price we paid. If you drive, there are sufficient parking as well.

WThe room was spacious, cosy, clean and came with a high ceiling which was very nice. The location was also excellent as the Metzingen outlets were within walking distance nearby. We enjoyed our 1 night stay there.

Located close to all the shopping and activities. Clean room and easy to find. Staff was very friendly and knew English. The bar was nice to visit at night. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again if I came back to the area.

This was our worst night ever staying in a hotel. The hotel is approximately 20 feet from a church. The church rings its bells every 15 minutes from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. We werent able to get any sleep. When we mentioned it to the desk teller, her answer was Oh, yeah, church bells always ringing and then she smiled at us like it was nothing.

Convenient to outlets. Spacious and clean rooms. Would stay again. Parking pricing a bit expensive given that the outlet costs less for the day. Better to park on street later in the evening.

The property was really nice and we enjoyed our stay in the city but Unfortunately the receptionists were not professional and they missed our visit to the outlet city. Cause we woke up next morning and discovered we have to pay extra money and they are negotiating the amount!! From +100€ to +80€ without professional way.

Conveniently located nearby shopping and dining. The single room is small compared to the American Standards, I would say half the size of any standard Holiday Inn express. No closet available to hang your clothes, and dirty clothes you must put in your suitcase! For the rates charged I would have expected more! Parking is extra. The breakfast buffet is typical to most hotels in Germany and the restaurant menu limited in choices, but good. The location is quiet and cosy and the town of Metzinken is idyllic!

Nice hotel. Breakfast was really nice with lots of options, although in the morning it seemed incredibly busy with lots of people which made it hard to find a table or to just get to what you wanted. Out room was simple. The hotel is opposite a church which has bells going off regularly. It bothered me on the first night, but then I kept my window closed and the noise wasn't so loud.

We were made so welcome with great humour and warmth. It makes all the difference! The room was small but very well appointed and perfectly adequate for our one-night stay.
I loved the funny little messages on toiletries - lovely little touches all over. We stayed there on new year's eve and they put two aspirins into our room for the painful morning after. Brilliant!

Hotel location is just a few meters away of the shopping area, which makes it really easy to go back and forth. Rooms are modern, nice decorated, with the average european size.
The restaurant is really very nice and above the standard.
Breakfast is not cheap, so the recommendation is to go out and as well within few meters there are very good options.

The room we got was quite boring, not worth what we paid for it. interior old, but big flat screen tv was a plus even if we didn't use it. Bathroom was good but no shampoo bottles only a squeeze on the shower wall.
We stayed there because it was convinient for the shopping and also because of their restaurant that was excellent.
