The hotel has a parking lot, is very close to the TGV station, and the bed in the room was very comfortable. The front desk were always friendly and welcoming. It was excellent value for the price!

I really liked this hotel.It was comfortable, modern and clean. The downstairs area has been so well designed it is essentially one very large room but divided into reception, bar and restaurant. It was very inviting and the food was so good in the restaurant too. highly recommend.

We booked this hotel to be close to the train station for an early morning train but we were pleasantly surprised at how modern, eclectic and comfortable it was. The room had a unique layout but it worked and had plenty of space for stuff and was very comfortable. The restaurant was a lifesaver since no restaurants nearby were open for dinner on a Monday night and we didn't want to go into the main part of the city because of a festival that drew traffic and crowds on a sweltering summer day. The pool was lovely and lots of shade options. Great stay!

I stayed here because of proximity to the TGV rail station ( a few miles outside of Avignon). I had an early train the next morning. The station is a 10-15 minute walk away but we had suitcases, so we asked for a cab to be scheduled for us. The cab was on time but charged us 15 Euros extra for being outside the city. This hotel should have shuttle service to the TGV station!! Also, we should have been warned about the high taxi charge. Otherwise, our stay was fine.

We stayed for a total of 3 nights. The staff especially Noemi was really nice and helpful. The lobby and restaurant was very modern and clean but the room was a little outdated. The water pressure on the shower was very weak. Overall we had a decent stay.

Got in late,,,8pm. Nice dining area was full with a 2 man band. Got a reservation for 9pm....came back,,staff unresponsive as we stood waiting for 5 minutes...then told they were no longer serving food,,but could sit in cafeteria....why not tell us before reservation. Left and ate at mcd's. Great service. Beds were hard and beside bed was a whole bunch tape/glue marks along full length bed. Not sure what was there,,,but all gone now. Not worth the $375 price tag......

I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet and comfort of the room. As it was 100 degrees outside, it was perfectly temperature controlled inside.
Also there was an excellent chef in the kitchen. Dinner was delicious, and innovative.
