Nice hotel, quiet, great breakfast. Rooms are very large and beds are comfortable.

Last day of our Trip to BC and Alberta. Stopped in High River as I am a Heartland fan. Very nice hotel. We had a King suite, was very surprised by the size of room with seperate bedroom. Very nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was also included and was very good.

Second Wyndham hotel in a row that advertised having a hot tub and it was out of service.

We enjoyed our stay, the three double beds were perfect for my kids and myself. The pool was nice and it was nice to have late night snacks at the little store at the hotel. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay again!

Booked a room with 2 beds. The front desk staff changed it to another room with 1 bed and a sofa bed saying it should be enough for my family.
I asked to see the manager but he said she was not around.

Housekeeping was poor. Room was not made even after making a requesting. Facial tissue, towels and toilet papers were not replaced. We have requested an hour extension for check-out, however, was given 30 minutes, that was very strange.

The beds were 10 yrs old and hard as rocks, was awakened at 8 am by phone, and had no wake up call. So we did not enjoy much at all.

We were amazed at how friendly the cleaning staff were. They spoke to us and offered to provide anything we needed. It was just nice to see friendly smiles.

Very clean , but apparently some open or windows something would pull in an awful smell in halls at times. Mattress were comfortable, but could be updated with new ones .Overall , worth the money for cleanness . Breakfast was very nice.

The check in was good the stay and room were both good The problem with our stay was the breakfast was from 6:00 am until 10:00 am. We got to the breakfast at 9:40am and there was absolutely nothing to eat. There wasn’t even any fruit to take or eat. I went to the front desk and asked if breakfast was until 20 am and they said yes. I then told the young man that there was nothing left to eat and he laughed and said oh well I’m sorry I guess with a smirk on his face. Th

Pool and fitness room were great and accessible. The included breakfast had the essentials and the kids loved the pancake making machine. Rooms are spacious and clean with good blackout curtains and temp control. Staff was friendly and parking was easy. All around great stay.

Very clean well kept hotel in a great location. Excellent pool and hot tub area. To earn a perfect score the breakfast could have offered more variety over the four days and the pancake maker should have been more reliable.

Not enough room keys, they only had one to give us, a family of five, but otherwise stay was great. The kids loved the pool with a slide!
