Positives: 1/ The house is very well equipped, it has virtually all one can possibly need in a household, maybe only microwave is missing. 2/ The house is close to the beach - 5mins walk to the closest one, about 10mins to more of the others 3/ There is a small patio in front the house 4/ The sheets, towels and all the kitchen stuff were clean enough

Negatives: 1/ The first photo on the site is not of the house itself but of the house in front of it. Pay attention, there isn't such a big garden and the house is a lot smaller 2/ The house is overclutterred with the host's personal belongings 3/ It can be better cleaned, especially the first floor and the garden 4/ Beware of the waste collection rules in Italy! You have to check the specific collection days of different waste in the area
