I was on a motorcycle trip so having secure parking was great, the hotel is central and is very nicely set out. The staff were friendly and my room was really nice, breakfast was great.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Lovely hotel, hot tub on the veranda, able to park bike inside in a garage + breakfast - all included in the price.

Staff did not cope with breakfast and serving the public eg we had to ask for coffee twice as they forgot some, egg cocker was not plugged in + we had to sort this out, by finding a plug 🔌 underneath.and few other small things too.

Breakfast ran out of items, no one on reception so have to keep waiting for someone to come, advertises parking on site but so limited that we had to use public parking 5 minutes away, no dinner, basic room

Excellent hotel, with well appointed rooms and great central location. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, bed and shower. Have booked to stay again.

Air conditioning wasn’t great and for a family room, it was near the bar area of the hotel and fairly noisy.

What a great hotel feels like your in the clouds. Great looking in style and large garage to use for free.

Working when we arrivedEverything was great. There really wasn't anything to dislike about the hotel. The lift wasn't and later 2 guys working on it all sorted before we left

Nice and price competitive hotel with friendly staff located in the centre of Sauze, which is a lively town even in summer with a good choice of restaurants, coffee houses and pubs. Excellent location to explore the region and cycle the Strada dell'Assietta (but take into account cable lift schedules: roads up the mountain are for adventurers only). Good breakfast with real coffee from the coffee bar - a town hotspot in the morning - which is a plus. Nice and comfortable room with a good and well equipped bathroom. Great room maintenance! We were allowed to stall our bikes in the garage which was great too.

A bit noisy on the street side and if your room is above the coffee bar :). The soft drink machine needs a closer follow up when it's empty.

Breakfast typical continental style - rooms great - great lift to the lifts, sky tv in bar, very well priced bar.

The hotel is a lovely, quiet spot - very nicely/stylishly decorated (refurbished?) Modest, unpretentious, and good value for money. The staff are great and the breakfast is well presented and plentiful.

I liked everything about this hotel, we had three rooms in it and all were equally good.
