Apartment entrance next to main entrance. No lift but beautiful marble staircase. Not much room in the bathroom but main bedroom v large. Plenty of hanging space, tv, fridge and coffee maker. So close to centre of city and Metro

the guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, but note that the front desk is not 24hr. not sure why orbitz says this is a single-level property where it notes no elevators. from the ground level, you have to go down a level to breakfast. there were rooms on the ground level, as well as a level above. my room was on the level above, and in the room, the bed was on a raised space with 2 steps. this was all ok for me, but fyi if you have mobility difficulties.
i loved having a mini-fridge in the room. it is very conveniently located, with many sites, shops, and restaurants in walking distance.

Our hosts were very helpful and the location was perfect. Great if you bring the kids, as it had 2 levels and 3 beds.

Hotel images online were misleading. Room was literly next to front desk so they could hear everything which made it very akward. Spiral staircase did not seem secure. Unable to open drapes because there was no privacy.

Our stay at Pallada was great. The staff was very accommodating as we had a late arrival, it was great to be able to check in, even close to 12am. The bed was very comfortable and room was so spacious. Very walkable location.

It had everything you needed in walking distance. Spacious room. Accomodating for get taxi to and from the airport. When booking it mentiones a welcome drink, minibar in room, toothpaste, body lotion however none of those were in room. Breakfast was confusing.

Property is in a great location. Staff is friendly. Taxi drivers not familiar with the area may struggle to get to the front entrance due to narrow roads. Easy walk from main road though.

This hotel is literally so close to everything. There are many restaurants nearby too. The room is very spacious and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great accommodation and top service. The staff was very friendly and gave us some really good tips for our stay in Athens. It is also located in a cosy neighbourhood (especially in the evening and at night), with lots of good bars and restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious. The only thing that could be improved is the kitchenette, the supplies were limited.
In short, we had a wonderfull stay, and we can only recommend this accommodation!

The hotel is in a fantastic area very close to Monasteraki metro, but up a little sidestreet so way cheaper ( and quieter )than on the main roads. Dinner in view of the temple of Hefaestus was wonderful. Hotel breakfast in the room great. Sadly no window or roof terrace, but fine for one night.

The location of the hotel is excellent for walking around the main attractions in Athens. The hotel is very friendly and helpful and is is ultra clean and modern. I would ask for one of the rooms facing the street though as we were at the back and so we had no view, just a brick wall.

Spotlessly clean, spacious family run hotel, located in a central lively part of Athens. A recently (May 2019) created hotel business, the family are lovely people to deal with. From the introductory tot of raqi (or something milder if you prefer) and traditional Greek sweets to the advice on where to go to find whatever you like and a surprise Christmas tray of local wine and sweets, we loved it!! We spend every Christmas away in European capital cities and this was one of the best. Worth an especial mention was the very comfy bed (foam mattress): our Queen sized bed was as comfortable as ours at home. Smiley, genuinely warm people, which was pretty typical of Athens people as a rule. 2 mins walk from the best (and cheapest) double cappuccino and homemade traditional snacks (IMHO) we found in Athens. Interesting street with fascinating variety of artisan shops, without the tourist price tags. We'll definitely return.

lovely weekend in Athens. would not use this hotel again as it is by a night club which starts at midnight and finishs between 4 and 5 in the morning so the 3 nights we were there we did not get any sleep .

First time visitors might be taken back by the street but it is safe and has great access to very near cafes and restaurants and a great village atmosphere. Rooms are large and comfortable and only lack a kettle for tea making. Rooms need negotiation of a stair but it is wide and not too steep. Great value for money!

This hotel is in a very unique location. This is a relatively new hotel which has been set up in an old building, everything is great however you should know there is no elevator, not a biggie as there are only 2 levels.
We loved the surrounding streets which are full of life. Great place to stay in Athens and I would highly recommend it to other travellers looking for a unique neighbourhood with an awesome hotel room.

Pallada is in a great location very close to Monastraki square and around the corner from many restaurants and bars. Hotel is nice, I stayed in a studio like room with a balcony for one night. Clean and great shower.
