Traveling with my daughter to get her set to go to UCLA, needed a base to operate from for a few days and the studio we booked was fanatic. The room had a bed and a fold-out. There was a full kitchen. Space was very big for two, the room was very nice. Once you get settled in the underground parking made life easy and felt very safe.

Asked for toiletries and was told there were some TV did not work no wifi found the management rude will not recommend this BNB to any of my friends

All good, very clean place, everything you need is at hand, small details like they Forget microwave, garage control didn't work. Be side that, everything was fine, that didn't affect our stay. I would definitely come back to this place, thank you very much.

Parking for big vehicles was not convenient, so many spiders founded, drawing room and bathroom windows doesn't have curtains

Property outlets by kitchen sink didnt function. Sink on 3rd floor was clogged the whole time..

Bait-and-switch location. The property was initially advertised as minutes away from everything and had a desirable address in/ near West Hollywood. After booking it, and two days before our trip, I received a text with location and check-in instructions, the address was changed. This is definitely an undesirable and unsafe part of LA. Felt absolutely fooled, reported the issue to Expedia and to the host. The address was different from that listed and the new address one was located in East Hollywood. This is a depressed area, homes with bars on windows, trash on the streets, and a very unsafe feeling. You can not walk nor stroll the neighborhood, find a coffee shop nearby, etc. Ube eats does not deliver to this location. And its not close to anything.

This place was absolutely amazing! It’s huge. 4 floors (could be an issue for someone with mobility issues) and can sleep 14! It also has 4 bathrooms- 3 with showers. It was amazing for our family vacation everyone had space, their own bed, and almost their own bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked and they had complimentary items to use! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The communication was excellent from a couple days before the trip to during the trip. The location of the space was perfect. You can see the Hollywood sign from one of the bedrooms. There is plenty that is walking distance to shop and eat.

The property was absolutely amazing! We had great views, amazing food options around the corner, grocery store a few minutes away, and local attractions within 15-20min depending on traffic. The ONLY issue was parking, it was a bit tight to reverse out of but nothing major. This was our first time visiting Los Angeles and the trip was a 10/10! I would definitely book this location again.

Their booking system is a bit suspicious to me. You have to upload your ID and information on a webpage that stays public, although "protected" with a UUID4 URL. Don't feel very comfortable having all my personally identifyable information in public internet. The apartment was in a good condition and great location. There was somebody making noise in the upsrairs apartment for 3 nights all night. Earplugs recommended.

We arrived at what we thought was the property later than planned and had to call the owners as we had not received a check in link. This was not the property owners fault but hotels.com. The link had gone to email trash but was sent at 11:15 am that morning and we were driving at that time from Las Vegas so had clearly missed the link. It took us 40 minutes to resolve this at which point the property we had arrived at wasn’t the one we were staying at so there was a little confusion but the property was only a short drive away. A little inconvenient after a long drive and think this info needs to be much clearer. The property was fabulous with everything you need so no complaints with the accomodation other than that the door code is exactly the same as the property next door. Accidentally put the code in the wrong door so this raised security issues for us knowing someone could come into the house whilst we were out. Advise to have different codes to properties so close to each other. The property states minutes away from everything . The walk of fame was a 51 minute walk away so not quite as close as we thought. We had a great stay at the property overall and recommend it for quality and value for money. I’ve stayed in Hollywood before and paid higher prices to be closer but accommodation has been awful.

Great trip - only problem was the parking at this unit was really problematic. Accomodations were really comfortable though.

The home was just fine for what we needed with lots of space, great parking, strong wifi and good location. The cleanliness left something to be desired and we actually weren't given the code to enter the home until a half hour after check in time which was inconvenient and caused some concern right at the beginning of our stay.

We stayed in a 4BR property in Korea Town. Check-in was good, with information shared by text and video making it easy. The place was clean and modern looking. Upon settling in, noticed a hole in the wall, one TP holder hanging out of the drywall, all outlets in one room didnt work, the range hood didnt work, internet didnt work and the TV (streaming only options) didnt work. I reported all this and someone said they'd come fix it the next day. No one came. Repeated text messages saw no reponse. The beds were adequate but of low quality and not very comfortable. Same for the bedding. While the price was good, this was not an enjoyable stay.

We rented the 5 bedroom condo for a weekend stay in Hollywood. This stay encompassed 3 families/6 adults/5 children. The value of the property coupled with it's proximity to Hollywood is unbeatable. Through the booking process, we saw many addresses given, which Im guessing the rental company has various properties everywhere so it is tough to buckle down on a single address. The 5 bedroom unit was located about 5 minute drive to Hollywood; not an issue at all aside from the initial addresses we saw were within walking distance. The 5 bedroom unit was gated in a neighborhood we felt safe in. There is a 2 car garage that we managed to squeeze 2 minivans into; albeit very tight. The unit was clean, but I will say some of the property condition was questionable (loose toilet seat, dirty rug, loose bathroom faucet). Nothing unforgivable but certainly easy things I feel like could be improved. The 5 bedroom unite walks in to one bedroom and then stairs to the main level/living room (with pullout)/kitchen/2nd bedroom. There are additional stairs to the other 3 bedrooms on the 3rd level. Incredible space for the location and money. You can even see the Hollywood sign from the windows! Very functional space conparitively to what yiu would get in renting multiple apartments/hotel rooms. Communication with the rental company was fantastic and prompt as well! Would definitely recommend.

Great unit, awesome kitchen with full utensils to do some home cooking/dinners after a lot of takeaway being on holiday. Lots of space in the unit, 2 bathrooms great for family of 5. Would stay here again for sure.

We had an amazing time, our home was perfect for the size group we had, everyone was comfortable and the place was very accommodating. Our host kept us up-to-date with check-in/out process with ease.

Communication was great. Owners had condiments, coffee, dishwahing items, which was nice. Neighborhood 2-3 blocks away was nice. Property was clean, but seating in living room was in rough shape with mismatched cushions on sofa and all the seating was in need of being steam cleaned or replaced. Pillows throughout were extremely low quality but server their purpose. No cable TV. Parking in extremely tight quarters took 2 people to avoid hitting things.

Nothing to say everything was so nice and I really enjoyed my stayed here so happy

This was the best family vacation we have ever had! We were able to travel with my sister-in-law and her grandchildren along with our grands. The apartment was spacious, well lit, extremely clean, and comfortable. Everything was very contemporary. From the televisions to the appliances in the kitchen to the comfortable beds to the refreshing bathrooms. We will DEFINITELY visit again. The staff was very helpful, patient and communicative. The private garage was great. It is accessible from the back alley. The only issue we had was on our arrival, there was an oversizes commercial truck that made it a bit difficult to pull into the garage. But we were able to eventually park our van in the garage. We can't wait to visit again.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Suited family of five really well. Clean, safe, easy access. Only improvement would be to include a couple more basic kitchen utensils - e.g. mugs, cooking utensils, can opener.

The house was nice ans spacious, it was nicely furnished. The bathrooms have everything you need. The area around the property is scruffy. There is only the essentials in the kitchen and utility room, so there is no where to dry your clothes, nothing to hang them on. Limited cooking equipment.

The apartment was spacious, and had everything we need. Very thankful we were able to store our luggage and not have to leave it in the car, thank you again for that! Snacks were left out which was nice. However, you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING. Inside, outside, neighbours. Bring ear plugs…

It was just ok..it seems there might have been a bait and switch we had a different address and look from pics on hotels.com. The cleaners locked the bottom part of the door so it was an hour before we could enter. The beds are definitely not the most comfortable and furniture a little run down. But they did have snacks and lots of room.

Home was very clean and well kept, neighborhood was quite and easy to get around in. Host was very good at keeping in touch to make sure check in went smoothly. Me and my family had plenty of room to relax and hang out while we was there and really enjoyed the home. The only tiny inconvenience was getting our vehicle manuevered into parking spot 4 in the very limited drive space without hitting the fence or all the utilities along the wall. But to have a designated free parking spot available to us in the area at all was worth the hassle of getting in. Would definantley stay again if ever in the area.
