Very clean house with a great location and all the amenities you’d want. Paula and Dwight are excellent hosts. Couldn’t recommend this house more.

We had a wonderful time together, the accommodations were perfect!

A group of friends and I decided to plan a get together for a weekend on the beach in Lavallette and found 1404 oceanfront. It fit all our needs as far as space, location, and all the amenities that we needed. We arrived and got in the place with no problems whatsoever. Our stay was absolutely amazing. We had an awesome evening with friends Friday night that came from local in towns to visit us. Are you OK? And there was plenty of room for visitors. We were able to serve food with no problems all the silverware glassware, dishes, serving platters were available for our small gathering . The bedrooms were beautiful and situated well for our party of people. And in the mornings luckily, the weather was beautiful and we got to sit on the porch out front soaking up the sun. It’s a beautiful spot, and we got to wave and watch all the walkers by with their dogs and bike rides and it was great. I can’t say enough good things about this location. Everyone wants to do it again hopefully next year. We did it in time for the Kentucky Derby so we had lots to celebrate. I highly recommend this place the people we dealt with were quick to respond to any questions we had and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
