Clean with close walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Each room has a balcony and the kitchen has all the basic utensils you need.

Everything was just perfect 🥰 💞 nothing to say more just go and explore the city

Had a great stay with them. The room was clean and we enjoyed the amenities offered. It was in a nice location about 10-20 minutes away from places you might want to go while staying there and a 5 minute walk from the grocery store. Communication between the host and I on the app was great and they replied promptly and with all essential information. Overall, had a great experience.

Host was great. Very nice spot ! Good location very easy to get around from there. Would definitely stay here again 👍

love love love this place so clean, very nice area and great customer service any concerns I had they were so quick with handling and communicating, I will definitely recommend and I will definitely be back myself 🤗

The Habitat by Sexton will always be my first call when I plan to go to Miami. Incredible value for what you get in the condo. Fine neighborhood, spacious and beautiful unit and great staff... especially Edvin!
The only negative to the trip was their valet manager, Jorge. He was a world-class jerk that kept changing the rules on valet in the middle of the trip.
Outside of that one small issue, absolutely fantastic place that I personally recommend. They will see me again!

Room filthy with dead bugs smeared on bathroom walls. Bathroom dirty. Smoke detectors were beeping when we entered. TV channels did not work. No cookie sheet or even mitts in kitchen.
No charging ports near bed. Poor lighting. Front desk staff was rarely present and could not address the issues stated above.
The location is good but the rooms need to be renovated and cleaned up. Gross.
