Good free coffee (need to prepare by yourself, but who cares), cold drinking water, very clean, high-quality service
Perhaps the hostel should check the pipes, as the water has an unpleasant smell.
No nice window view..

The hostel is new, well equipped, fancy and really nice. We worked as digital nomads, internet connection is quite good here 😊 The location is perfect, closed to the city center. Plus: the receptionists Lina and Andres are really kind and welcoming, it was a pleasure to stay here!

It's definitely worth the value for the monay. You pay the similar price for this privat room in different places only for a Bunk Bed in a Hostal. The Daughter of the owner was very friendly and kind and up for questions.
It's a family business and the Husband was shouting to his wife in a very rude tone and very aggressive way for 2 days! I got scared because you can here everything inside the rooms. I felt so sorry for the woman also didnt know how to react. This behaviour is not acceptable in general.

wifi working well only from the common room, kitchen could have a bit more stuff, for one night stay it was fine, for longer, with more cooking possibilities a bit limitted

Great hostel in the heart of Leticia. The owner and stuff are lovely and helpful and the whole feeling of the place is more of a home than a hostel. Beds are very comfortable; and there's always water, coffee and lots of spices available. Friendliness of the people is outstanding. Stayed in the private room where you have more privacy and comfort, and you have your own bed and toilet (and even a tv) for a very good price. The city can be a bit noisy with sounds of cars and motorbikes but I think that's generally what you get staying in Leticia.
