Individuals walking around all hours of the night in and out of the hotel the door accessing the hotel was held open for anyone to come in and out. We waited approximately a half an hour or so, before reaching anyone to come and give us the keys to the room unkept dirty room with water on the floor inside the room. Very disappointing.

I like the nostalgic appearance of the past Homewood, AL feel. The hot water was never lacking, and the ice trays.

They rushed you around Room Service and Maintenance and then didn't provide any benefit. The box springs didn't match the size of the smaller beds as well.

The office ladies did do their best to try to fix the situation but booking.com let us make a reservation for two room- two beds for a total of 7 people! It’s never done that before & usually gives me a heads up that there’s not an accommodation for what I’m requesting.

THE BEDS SUCK!!! Sorry but it’s true!! They’re definitely need to upgrade. Worst beds ever!

Too noisy and the bed was horrible.

The location was fine. The place was disgusting. I could smell sewage in the bathroom floor drains. My room smelled moldy. The hall was filled with cigarette smoke. The people above me were wrestling and scooting furniture until after midnight.

It was gross. I believed I named it above. There was no one to complain to.
