Such a beautiful and rustic hotel set right in the center of down town Tapalpa.. The bed was soooo comfortable too. Will definitely book this hotel again.

I am all about water conservation, but it was difficult to wash my long hair with such low water pressure.

We loved the location, the fireplace, and the cleanliness of the facility and room.

Although we had changed our reservation through you, paying more to have an upstairs facility, when we arrived they had us booked into one on the lower floor. After explaining that we paid more for the upstairs, they showed us two upstairs options, one which was very good. Still, we had noise the second night from a very loud neighbor. Did not like that the parking is public on the main square and is "hit or miss". Nothing designated for the facility. Also, they had two different handles to the shower and one was broken.

The atmosphere is fabulous and the hotel is so beautiful. Muy bello lugar, armónico y relajante.
