Este amplio apartamento de 4 dormitorios se encuentra en el corazón de la zona más elegante y animada de Malta. Sliema ha ido creciendo constantemente para convertirse en el capital comercial y minorista de Malta; con abundantes tiendas, centros comerciales, restaurantes y bares. Esta ubicación ofrece un poco de todo, y es ideal para cualquiera que desee estar en el centro de todas las actividades, a la vez que se encuentra a tiro de piedra de otras atracciones.
El apartamento está ubicado en 170m² y hace un uso óptimo del espacio provisto. En la parte frontal del apartamento, que se caracteriza por la impresionante vista al mar y al puerto, se puede encontrar la cocina / sala de estar / comedor de planta abierta, que fluye graciosamente hacia el otro de una manera coherente y armoniosa. La decoración es minimalista y monocromática, dando a toda la zona un toque moderno y exclusivo. La cocina contemporánea está completamente equipada para cocinar en casa y viene cubierta con cubiertos, vajilla, ollas y sartenes y utensilios. La sala de estar y el comedor son homogéneos, aunque ambos se ven opacados por el brillante mar Mediterráneo que se asoma por las cortinas. Great views and location
Great location very close to ferry terminal to Valletta as well as restaurants and supermarkets. Owners very easy to deal with. Apartment needs a little TLC but worked very well.

Lovely size apartment in a very central location
If you want a good size apartment in busy Silema this ticks the boxes. The views from the balcony are superb. Manager was helpful and contactable and sorted transfers and questions quickly. We arrived early and it was no problem to get in and drop our bags. Some basic provisions such as tea, coffee and cleaning dupplies were provided and apartment was well provided with a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and wifi. My only negative would be that since the photos have been taken it is looking a little tired and in need of a deep clean and redecoration to bring it back up to achieve 5stars.

Great location, wonderful view from 7th floor! Apartment was clean and well equipped.
Sliema is a great place to stay and the apartment was is a wonderful location, within walking distance to the harbour to catch the ferry across to Valletta. You are very close to bars and restaurants, a shopping centre and a supermarket. The town has a very cosmopolitan vibe. The apartment was on the 7th floor and had breathtaking views of Valletta and the harbour. A host met us on arrival and went through everything with us. He left his number in case we needed to get in touch and when we did ask him about something, he dealt with it immediately. We were also given a welcome package containing some essentials (eg soap) which was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. We stayed in February so it was a little cool in the evenings and really enjoyed making use of the hot tub! We had no concerns about security and the area seemed perfectly safe. There is building work going on in a nearby block but this did not disturb us in any way and nor did others residents. We slept very well every night. Would definitely recommend to friends and rent again if returning.

Great location, very spacious
The apartment was well situated close to a shopping mall, restaurants and transport links. Great views across the harbour and the ferry to Valletta was only a few minutes walk away. On a busy road so bit noisy but did not bother us too much as we had doors closed for air conditioning and were out much of the time. Apartment was very spacious and fairly modern although there was some electric problem which resulted in the power getting cut off frequently half way through our stay. However the management company was very responsive and investigated immediately although it took a couple of days to get to the cause of the problem. The management company were also quick to respond to requests for extra pillows and duvets and to sort out other minor issues such as blocked bath tub and fallen curtain pole. A couple of suggestions that would make the apartment more comfortable:
A) mirrors in all bedrooms
B) door hooks to hang clothes in bathrooms and also in bedrooms
Overall a very pleasant stay in this lovely apartment in Sliena.

Dissappointed
the location was perfect. We were given many rules to abide by yet the people in the flat above us were loud and unruly into the wee hours of the morning. Screaming and Yelling at 4:00am. One day we woke to find nasty things on our jacuzzi patio area. There is no one around to oversee and make sure everyone is abiding by the rules. My next stay will be somewhere that has a concierge.

Vue imprenable
Très bel appartement situé au 6° étage avec vue à 180° sur La Valette depuis le balcon.
Appartement spacieux avec 4 chambres dont une avec salle de bain attenante dédiée.
Salon salle à manger, cuisine américaine dans un vaste espace. Chambres, literie,sanitaires,rangements parfaits.
A décharge, on ne peut trouver une faille que dans l'equipement de cuisine et les ustensiles. Poëles très usées. Nombre de couverts un peu juste pour 7 personnes. Pas de micro-onde ni de tire-bouchon! Si on mange au restau, pas de problème.
Détail: du lundi au vendredi, travaux à l'extérieur. Les grues se mettent en marche à 8h15.
Périodique sans aucun doute.
En conclusion c'est malgré tout un superbe appartement très confortable et bien situé avec BUS et Ferry pratiquement au pied de l'immeuble. Supers marchés et commerces à moins de 5 mn. Nous recommandons vivement

Lovely Apartment with great views and location
This modern apartment is well situated a few minutes walk from restaurants and bars, plus a classy supermarket and a central bus hub. The apartment itself is actually better than the photos, with 3 generous double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and well-equipped, modern kitchen, and balcony.
Our host was extremely helpful, arranging a taxi from the airport, greeting us on arrival, and making our checkout and return to the airport equally as smooth. He responded to all questions and requests swiftly and with patience. We were provided with lots of useful information about the apartment and also about the sights to see in Malta. Will surely come back.

Modern, comfortable Apartment in an Ideal Location.
Excellent Location for this property at Sliema Ferries. All the boat tours and buses are within a 5 minute walk distance - including the ferry to Valetta. Shopping and restaurants are abundant.
The property itself was fine. A few little things needed to be mended but not a big deal. The kitchen is very well-equipped.
View from the balcony is fabulous-overlooking Valletta and the seafront. Because it is on a main street it can be noisy both from traffic and people/music. Also on our last day there construction (demolition) began on a property next door.
We had strict instructions regarding the Garbage pick-up and to not leave it on the stairs to the building. It is quite clear that other residents of the building do not obey these rules as almost everyday of our 11 day stay there was garbage on the stairs. Not a very nice picture when you first arrive or thereafter.
It was our first time visiting Malta and we thoroughly enjoyed the great location of this apartment.

Satisfied and Highly recommended
Spacious, located in a quiet tourist area, plenty of promenade [Sliema & St Juliens] and breathtaking views of Valletta harbor form balconies. No issues regarding parking, as we had a free parking space available in the garage nearby. The team made our stay as pleasurable and comfortable as possible as the apartment was fully equipped and enjoyed every part of it, which included the jacuzzi in one of the front balconies. Highly recommended five-star apartment and service.

Die Lage ist super und Vermittlung war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten Problem mit den Badezimmern. Der Duschkopf war kaputt und wurde am 5-ten Tag erst gewechselt, bis dahin mussten wir alle 7-Personen in einem Bad duschen. Der einzige Küchenmesser zum schneiden war stumm und schneidet nichts. Der Toster war kaputt.Es gab keine Mülltüten, im Laden war auch keine zu finden.Der Eisenbügel war auch nicht in Ordnung. Zum Putzen-kein Boden lappen... und noch einiges Kleinigkeiten.

Fantastic Apartment and Great Agency
Short lets Malta services were outstanding with regards to communication prior to our stay and on our arrival we were delighted to see that the flat was finished to the highest of standards with all modern amenities, it was also nice and clean. It was situated on possibly the best location in Sliema, with ferry rides and a local bus stop right across the street. Everything is pretty close to the flat, there are plenty of restaurants along the harbour strip however you find the best ones that serve traditional Maltese food like 'Ta' Kris' along the side streets. Having a harbour view was fantastic as well as having great views of Valletta across the water. Each room was fully air conditioned, the kitchen was fully equipped and the living area had internet tv (the flat has free wi-fi) and adequate and comfortable seating, oh and it had a jacuzzi :) Our correspondent for the flat 'Steve' was excellent and very helpful. If we ever return to Malta I will use Short Lets Malta again and would recommend them to any of my friends.

Highly recommending
Spent 7 nights in this beautiful apt. Maybe the best location in Sliema - bus stop on the other side of the street, (to Valletta, Mdina, Gozo ferry) many restaurants on your doorstep also Burger King and McDonald's. Two bigger shopping malls three minutes walk away and also smaller supermarkets nearby, one open every day. Sliema Ferry about 200meters away with many other sightseeing cruises. The apartment is light and spacious with the bedrooms at the back - nice and quiet. A/C in every room. Wonderful views from the large balcony over the bay towards Valletta and the harbour. 3rd floor was very convenient as I don't like lifts. The interior is modern with comfortable sofas and of course the possibility to eat al fresco. Found in the citchen everything we needed. And the jacuzzi on the balcony was a great plus! We received a warm welcome from the company, Steve was meeting us at the apt. to show us around and it also was very good to have the opportunity to pay cash the rest of the payment.
We really ejoyed our stay and hope to go again soon!

Great Holiday
We only spent 5 nights in this outstanding apartment though wished to have stayed longer. It was an amazing experience. We were impressed by the location and modern design the apartment had to offer but even more awed by the spectacular view that the balcony offers – Valletta and all the majestic harbour. The kitchen was well equipped and even though the TV was not working when we checked in, it was fixed within a couple of hours even though we never ended up watching it as we were too busy hanging out in the hot tub or sitting outside enjoying the views.
