The only positive was the staff we encountered were all friendly. The customer service contact of texts such as “looking fwd to your stay, let us know if you need anything” I expected it to not live up to the poor reviews…unfortunately I was wrong. Before our stay I read reviews noting awful smells, cleanliness. Other reviews were positive such as good breakfast. I don’t care about outdated, as long as it’s clean and it suits our reason for being there. It’s one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed. I also thought we were closer to amphitheater, swear I read it was walking distance. It’s At least 5 min drive. We only stayed being pressed for time with a concert. I m don’t think our room was cleaned at all. It was filthy. they reached out to me after stay and I expressed my concern in detail, I did receive an apology and asked how to make it right. I suggested some sort of credit and a serious review into this place and then never heard back. We didn’t even check out the included breakfast based on overall state of room halls, stairs. My husband works in pest control, suggested we get out asap. It’s a true shame, could have potential and it was actually expensive.

The hotel itself was a little dated, however the staff were wonderful and extremely welcoming and helpful.

The hallways smell like curry the rooms smell like mold and mildew. The pool has debris floating in it. My car broke down and the wonderful auto repair shop across the street is working on it. I figured like most hotels we could check out and hang out by the pool or something while we wait but the hotel staff told us we had to leave. So myself female and two young female children are stranded 6 hours away from home. Horrible customer service. I have never had to leave a hotel or resort directly after check out and I understand this is policy which if fine but under the circumstances they should have made better accommodations. Our room was a nonsmoking room but still smelled like it lived a long life as a room that was smoked in. The phone was dead to call the front desk so had to walk down there to ask questions. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Property is older and somewhat rundown. Rooms were clean and comfy but show signs of age. Decent spot to stay.

I had a horrible experience when obtaining my breakfast in the morning. I was told I couldn’t take it with me to my room or home. However , my husband observed other individuals being able to walk out with breakfast and coffee in hand . The front desk guy was very rude and I stated I would not be back and he said good don’t come back! So much fur custom service! I would like my room compensated for the way I was treated and my ethnicity is of Hispanic descent and very educated! So I experienced some racism. You need to educate your staff! All of my future stays will be elsewhere!😡

Bathroom had large amounts of dried vomit in tib that gad been there for a very long time. We had to switch rooms immediately. Carpets were beyond washing to clean . Pure filth.. no offer of refund for giving us the dirty room.

This is an older hotel. The room smelled stale, bathroom sink looked like it came from a hospital room. Front desk staff person was going to send a stranger to our room at midnight because she thought he belonged in our room. Breakfast had to eaten in the breakfast area, not allowed to take breakfast back to room. If you don't expect much in a hotel, you will be ok at this hotel.

Property is gojng through a transition so it was a little disorganized. Otherwise a nice stay not too far from downtown.

This hotel was not what it looks like in the pictures. It is old and rundown . Rooms were extremely old. Lots of people just hanging around outside. More of a live in apartment setting than a hotel.

Everything would have been perfect for a 5 star rating. Except. 1. People doing drug deals in the parking lot. 2. No access to the pool. Or Access to any snacks if I wanted some because 3 out of the 5 vending machines were out of order. 3. Surly and borderline staff. Not Monique or Adam at the front desk.They were great and accomidating. They shouldbget a raise. It was some older woman when I went to see what they had available for breakfast as advertised it was 6:54am. The door was open and I walk in the woman sya to me HEY what are you doing. I responded that O was just seeing what was available for Breakfast. She all but yells at me. Very close to it. Its not ready yet! So i look at my watch and said. Ok i will see you in 6mins. I actually waited 15mins til I came back. The breakfast was ok good warm all the condiments were stocked as well as utentsils. Wish they had some homefries and some tortilla wraps. Make a note for them if you could. 4. Lastly My wife and I paid 140dlrs for one night. Now when it was booked my wife did it and unknowingly the Hilton was 40dlrs cheaper. Oh well live and learn.That was my experience. The Pros and the Cons. Probably the ones in the parking lot that werent even trying to be descreet or non chalont about what they were doing.

Place was not to bad have to get rid of dirty chair in room and broken ironing board but the tub did not drain right

Carpet was dirty. Rooms were so outdated they seems dirty. And it was entirely too much money for what was provided.

They were probably switching from Bangor Inn Suites to Quality Inn and getting ready to make some improvements. So things were disorganized.

The location is very convenient.

We stayed here while i had surgery. Staff even checked in on us. I would stay here again

i reserved a room with a king-size bed, but got a room with 2 queen-size beds. it had a Smart TV that did NOT have a connection to cable, or an antenna for broadcast digital, and it could not connect through WIFI, so it was worse than dumb, it was useless. I think that they are still in transition. )-:

It is an old run down former Days Inn that has falling down Quality inn banners covering the old signs. The carpets are old and smelly, the ventilation is very loud and makes odd clicking noises all night, and it is simply in need of repair. The staff however is very nice and is aware of the poor conditions, saying that they have just purchased the property and plan a full gut rehab. It is not however worth the 147€ we paid through Expedia. After the rehab, it may be a different story.

Building taking over by new owners and needs a complete renovation which is supposed to start in a couple of months other than that everything was good

Nice place to stay, but breakfast had limited options

Extremely run down and old. Large areas of paint peeling off walls throughout the room, old carpet. Room smelled faintly of smoke even though it is marketed as a non smoking facility. Outside of building was falling apart, paint missing, concrete falling off buliding. Had changed to a Quality Inn and banner just haphazardly stuck over other signs. The hotel looked abandoned from the outside.The surrounding buildings were in the same condition and vacant. Hotel definitely requires some TLC. One positive was the breakfast the following morning and the attendant was very helpful and hard working.

We spent one night here and everything was great. We were returning to Canada after a week of traveling the States and were tired. A quiet night was important to us and we got it! Thank you!

This place needs an update. Our room smelled like dog urine. Food was left in the refrigerator with it off so it smelled really bad. Pool was green it was so gross. Windows in the room didn’t lock.

The building & parking lot looked very outdated. The room was quite nice

Work is being done around the property to improve it and the area around. Staff was very good and the hotel was average.

As you arrive at the property you drive right by as there is only a banner on a sign on one side letting you know where the property is. Building is run down terribly on the outside and we weren’t sure if we even wanted to go in. We did and were greeted well after a long wait for check in of one other person in front of us. Hallways smelled of strange food. Room was great size although very run down. Bed was good, shower was hot although had to be careful touching the shower nozzle as was ready to fall out of the wall. Power receptacle near main bathroom area didn’t work thus provided hair dryer didn’t work at all. Pool was shut down and green, entry area at back was filthy. Breakfast was good in the am. Great attendant in the breakfast room. Later in the evening hallways reeked of marijuana. This was not a discount price hotel and expected more. Will not be back.
