Hotel was extremely dated and furniture worn out. Bad smell in room.

Room did not seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. Yelling outside our room in the middle of the night.

This property is so beautiful and clean the people are very friendly and we feel safe all times

The area of town is not good. Several homeless people milling about, one zombie-looking fellow was wandering through the hotel courtyard around the pool area. The property is fenced and gated, and although the sign posted says keycard required, the gate opened without need, and was open most of the time anyway. The hot tub was no warmer than the pool, and jets did not work. The pictures provided show indoor hallways, but the majority of the place has exterior hallways. Our room was ground floor facing the parking lot. The walls and doors of our room were dirty. The door was missing weather stripping in places...the door was also rotting along the bottom. The shower had HEAVY soap buildup on the tiles, the shower head was rusty and corroded. All soaps provided were in the community wall dispensers...but there was remnants of a soap bar in the drain. No window or fan in the bathroom. Graffiti (badly painted over but still visible) on the back of the bathroom door. Dirty stains on the ceiling. Floors needed to be scrubbed. The ironing board was severely dusty. They were using a power strip as an extension cord for the microwave, so it shorted out when I tried to nuke my coffee for 20 secs. Somehow this hotel is rated a 3 star, but it should be less. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

I liked the staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a Starbucks literally in the corner it’s easy access to the freeway.

The lobby is very nice, but the rooms were poorly updated a long time ago and are run down. There was dust on the towel rack in the bathroom. The only protein option at the breakfast was scrambled powdered eggs. This property doesn't really deserve the name "Ramada".

Everything was very clean in our room. Pool was clean as well. The bed was amazingly comfy. Gated parking is cool. Staff were polite. Will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel is conveniently located near the freeway with many places to eat nearby.

We got a non smoking but smelled bad like cigarettes air didn’t work correct an room needed deep cleaning blankets smelled bad

Smelled bad everywhere and in the room. Room was very dirty. No room service, we had to go pick up towels if we needed some.

A very pleasant surprise 😁 clean, lovely staff, nice pool and Jacuzzi 😀 really comfy bed. FYI no elevator.

Great value for the money! Beautiful pool and Libby area. Lots of security with gated parking area. Rooms are clean and large with comfortable king bed with lots of pillows and towels

Bathrooms were nasty n dated, the door for the bathroom was hard to close cause the bed was blocking it. Pillows had feathers sticking out of them and floor was dirty. I walked with my white socks and it was dirty after I used the bathroom. I’m not staying there again.

The room was large, bed was ok. I didn’t go to the pool. There was no plug for the bathtub, but it was late and didn’t want to go ask for one. The toilet seat was pretty damaged. There was oxide on the faucets. Overall ok for a 1 night work trip.

Although an older hotel, it was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good.

It looked like they were only renting rooms on the outside of the building and none of the rooms in the main building. When we drove up there were no cars so we thought that was odd. Then we figured out everyone parks in the back because those are the only rooms being rented. They look like they tried to remodel but pretty shotty work. The lobby is nice, but the room was dirty and not clean.

The property was generally good. Nice shower. Nice pool. Nice restaurant. Excellent staff throughout. Good breakfast but some variety would have been appreciated (scrambled eggs every day - no bacon or sausage or ham) - nice juice and cereal choices. Biggest gripe was the key cards. One key would maybe work once but was useless after that. The other would work on the third try or sometimes the fourth or fifth but was rarely good for the whole day. Overall a nice stay.

The entrance was nice, the staff was pleasant, the rooms are aged and the hallways are horrendous with no air in 115 degree weather the halls smell musty and like cat. I wouldn’t stay again unfortunately. But for being stuck out in Fresno and needing it last minute it wasn’t the worse the upside is the location near the freeway and shopping.

Friendly service. But the flooring needs update or deep clean the carpeting.
