The room was nit clean.. smells of cigarette Not enough towels

It was OK… a little out of the way, but it IS in East Orange. The HVAC was a little inadequate, and the hotel doesn’t have enough parking space for all of the guest rooms. But it was comfortable enough - not swank, but serviceable.

The roaches were a nice touch

There were roaches coming out from everywhere and residents that were blasting music and domestic activities two days in a row a lady crying and screaming out in the hallway in the wee hrs of the morning

The room door didn’t lock, could not leave my stuff in the room. bed was lumpsided very uncomfortable to sleep .phone did not work had to call fromt desks from my personal phone.was no hot water day of check in.The worse hotel i ever been..

Needed a last minute hotel in Jersey and thought since it was a Ramada it would be ok. Boy was I wrong! A disgusting excuse for a hotel, no updates, like a bad nightmare.

I need to speak with someone for a refund because I left it was actually the worst place I’ve ever been to. I literally ran out of there due to the order and dirty carpeting in the hallways. This place should be closed immediately.

It’s good for what it is and what they charge

The hotel and property is in poor condition. It needs upkeep and can be kept cleaner. For a one night stay just for sleeping and leaving early, it worked fine. However will not stay there again.

This was the worst staying in a hotel in my life! Shower broken. No side table light. No internet. The owner of this place should be in prison. In fact the hotel.com host a place like this! Hotel.com should be ashamed!!!! This hotel should NOT be OPERATING!! DO NOT BOOK!!!

The staff was nice. They need to update something and fix things. Yea I was in a room that you can smoke in but the holes in the sheets come on get new ones. The hair dryer did not work at all.

This experience was horrible. I am glad that my Husband was with me, because we felt unsafe. This hotel ruined the reputation of what a Ramada used to be. You walk in to a an empty lobby and greeted by the reception behind a glass. The elevator didn't work one day, so had to climb stairs that were disgusting, our room stunk of mildew, and had to go downstairs to get our free breakfast in a container given through glass window. When we opened the container, there was a yogurt drink, a snack muffin and chips. Yes, Doritos chips. Never had chips for breakfast ever in my life! Had to go and find a decent breakfast restaurant. Also, the area was so scary. There were "fishy" activities going on in the hotel paking lot and filthe everywhere around. On top of all this, this hotel was not cheap!! I can go on and on about this hotel, but, I believe you got the point. DON'T GO!!

This property was dirty and stink. It was not fit for anyone to stay. There were construction on the floor with dirt everywhere, dirty mattress, dirty carpet in alway. It was just terrible I couldn’t stay and there was no way to get back my money

Room was messy and desks were not wiped down...Hotel smelled like it was a construction site.First room the tile room floor was black with dark spots obviously wasn't clean. Bugs were noticed in the room.. went to desk got another room but desk and nightstand were not wiped down. Light fixtures had exposed wires

They need to clean to repair this Hotel is very dirty, if i can post picture or video i will, cuz you not gonna imagine that a hotel dirty at this point

Horrible experience

The property was very unkempt, pictures online were misleading. The lobby had wet patches with paper towels spread to dry them. The lobby was smelly when entered and so was the corridor in our 7th floor room. The bedroom smelled of heavy air freshner like trying to mask some other bad odor. For to go breakfast they included yogurt that was not even refrigerated, I ll never stay here again.

A mouse was in the room. The rug was filthy and there were flies everywhere. The 4th floor smelled like a morgue.

The water faucet for bottle filling was not working. The vending machine with the fresh water is behind a locked room. The entire hotel and the rooms smelled of weed. The sheets were clean. The light switches in the room were broken, bathroom was stuffy and smelly. The continental breakfast was a grab and go pack of cheez-its, stale yogurt and an apple, no coffee or tea at all. It was a horrible experience. We left as soon as we could. Would not recommend

Beds are not comfortable and breakfast is not good

Even though we booked for non smoking, we were given smoke property and was said that is the only option i have, if not i can leave. Stay out. It is said hot breakfast, but all they did was put a cheez it and muffin packet with a fruit. Stay out !!

I did not stay it was canceled had roaches and no pool as advertised waiting on my refund Still waiting on refund this place was for dogs!

It was advertised as having free breakfast with our reservation but was told at the hotel that they doesn't do breakfast at all

terrible, bathroom was leaking from the roof did not offer me to clean the bathroom , breakfast was offered there was nothing , the smell was horrible, never again
