This property needs a major cleaning and to be updated. The carpeting was filthy. I couldn’t put my feet on the floor. I wouldn’t take a shower either. There were dead bugs in the overhead ceiling light in the bathroom. The outside of the property hasn’t been cleaned in a year. The outside of the walls of the property is filthy and needs to be cleaned. There is trash all over the outside of the property as well. Discussing.

The rooms are not clean. They are rather nasty. There were stains on the couch and floor. There were pubic hairs in the tub.
A couple rooms down from us had the pillows away from the headboard. Made me real nervous. I checked our bed real good and I did not see any bedbugs.

This was the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in. The pictures on Expedia are so photoshopped. I will never use Expedia to book anything ever again. My room was filthy and the front desk staff was rude and ignored you. Men drank outside all night long and I didn't feel safe.

Our unit was cool. However the shower had a round brown thing over the drain. I gagged and didn't shower. Mirror had water spots. Tv didn't work. (They did change out the tv). This morning at 6am we were awakened with multiple people filling up from ice machine. We will not be back. I did report to manager and they apologized.

The bed sheets were dirty. The floor where the sink is had dead flies on the ground. Specifically reserved a ground floor room due to injured foot and was still placed on 2nd floor. The toilet would not stop run ONG and making noise the emitiré time. The tub was not even and felt like you could not stand properly in the tub. I specifically requested a king bed and received a room with 2 queen beds.The curtains left a weird film sensation on my hand when I pulled them closed. The swimming pool that was displayed on the website was closed and dirty. The paperwork in the room says breathe easy it’s a no smoking area. Other guests were smoking up and down walkways. Absolutely horrible experience and will not ever return. The

Disgusting! Do not stay here because it is a health and safety issue. It was abundantly clear our room had not been cleaned prior to our arrival (except perhaps and hopefully the sheets had been changed). There were dirty and concerning items under each bed. It appeared to be a dirty washcloth and someone’s underwear. The most disturbing and concerning part was what appeared to be blood on the outside the bathtub. The inside shower walls were covered with dirty that I could wipe off with just my finger so clearly no one had cleaned the shower before our arrival. I had already lowered my expectations because of staying in a motel but this wasn’t acceptable under any circumstances or for anyone. Completely unacceptable.

No pool was disappointment. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Room hadn't been cleaned. Poor service at Front Desk. Dirty hard water stained toilet kept running all night. Coffee maker in room didn't work. Guest ice machine was torn apart for maintenance. I could go on and on. Would not recommend this hotel.

The lights were out in the walkways. The front desk told me my room was in the back when it was in the front. I open the door to the room and turn the light switch on and nope won't work. The wifi P.W. was scribbled and couldn't read it so I tried to call the front desk and the phone wouldn't work. Floor was dirty and trashy. At least it was cheap.

Filthy! Stained sheets, pillows yellow with sweat, pubic hair in the bathroom, frayed carpet, brown stains in the toilet, crud covered windows, dog ends everywhere! I could go on all night! It's terrible and I don't know how these places get away with it. We refused to stay in such filth so left and checked in somewhere else. I'd pay a little more and stay somewhere else if I were you! GRIM!

I had the opportunity to interact with 3 different staff on my stay. Each one took personal attention to me and helped resolve my problem in a way they knew the issues were solved. The staff I met around 230pm and then 2 others around 1030pm or so totally made my trip. It was a disaster of a day for me and thy helped me tremendously.

C'k in at Comfort Inn, our room didnt have TV, microwave,desk chair and the toilet was nasty.No working phone in the room.The Lobby was closed, So have to call comfort Inn for the issues.Staff was helpful, changed the room for us right away.Apparently, nobody checked the room.The new room was ok.have what we needed.quiet, breakfast was good.Staffs are nice.

Room was filthy. Dust everywhere. Black mold in the washroom, on everything. Shower floor was gross and rough feeling. A previous guests lingerie was hanging in the washroom behind the door. Bed was comfortable. Would never rebook here again.

Extremely disappointing. This had decent stars/reviews. Both rooms were very dirty, lights didn’t work, breakfast food was expired. When checking in the lady was very nice but the man that was there during checkout was not pleasant and very rude.

Front desk girl was very pleasant and breakfast lady was so nice- the breakfast was really good! Eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. The beds are comfortable, room was clean all for a great price!

Came in half hour early. Asked politely if we could come in early. Without even looking at me i was told no and ordered to back later. Asked for a bathroom and he didnt even answer me, the cleaner did though. Went to the bathroom and without a doubt it was the worst 😫. Turned around and left. Didn't stay either. Horrible

Quiet room, comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room (dirty sofa and grab bar in shower). Food offered in breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Great customer service at front desk and in breakfast area. Great location.

Hotel needs a lot of maintenance/updating. Staff was friendly; rooms were clean; beds were comfortable.

We only stayed onr night on a road trip to Florida. The room was comfortable and odor free. Nice large bed. The only thing was the bathroom fan made a loud noise like it was going to break soon. The bathroom celing had mold and the tub had some where it was caulked to the wall. We didnt need to shower so it didn't bother us. There was soap and towels and toiletries. Good room for the price.
The complimentary breakfast was stale and tasted a few days old. The eggs were sour. Coffee was the only thing edible.
