The Condo was immaculate, had everything that might be needed, was right on the lake, exactly as described.

We enjoyed this rental! It was very clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having the swim dock in front of our condo so our kiddos could fish and swim where we could see them at all times. Just a heads up, the can opener is broken and should be replaced. The only negative is the bridge traffic noise. It can be quite loud. We thoroughly enjoyed the area. The condo is close to downtown Hot Springs. We ventured to Lake Catherine Park and Lake Ouachita National Park. Beautiful trails to walk and clean lakes to swim in. Arkansas has so much natural beauty!

We spent 3 nights enjoying this beautiful condo and lake. Countless hours were spent on the dock fishing and relaxing in the swing.
This is hands down the cleanest place we have ever stayed - it was cleaned immaculately! Owner was quick with any communication.

We come to HS every July with approx 80 men for a golf tournament. We have been staying in a condo for the past 10yrs and this is the best one yet! The location, cleanliness and accommodations were great! We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for me and my 3 teenage kids to enjoy Hot Springs. Spacious. Well-appointed. Comfy beds and the lake literally right outside your door. We ended each day jumping off the deck and swimming until the sunset. Short and easy drive to any thing you’d want to see! If we ever make our way back to Hot Springs, we’ll plan to stay here! Loved it!

Excellent 2 night stay! The condo was in great shape, very comfortable for all of us. We loved the simple check in/check out instructions, all gate codes/door codes available and work without issue. Beds were super comfy, bathrooms were nice. Kitchen/dining/family room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. I do wish there had been black-out curtains, the early morning sun coming up over the lake was beautiful but super bright !! No complaints tho! Overall we loved it.

Everything about our stay was great and as expected! The neighbor upstairs was pretty loud the entire stay, heavy footed and active all hours of the night. Other than that, perfect.

The condo is perfect location and setting for a weekend getaway. The condo is nice, clean and has everything you need to enjoy a vacation. Perfect location and wonderful view of the lake! Loved the swing too! Would definitely stay again!

we love these condos next to Airport road and right on beautiful Lake Hamilton. This one in particular is perfect for our family and also for your next family lake getaway in Hot Springs (my wife would add--very convenient to get to Bath House Row from here). Loved it. Thanks

We loved the property. But i was told it was a small flight of stairs. For our elderly hips, it was a challenge especially as they are not code regular steps. But thanks to neighbors, we got our luggage down and back up. The place itself was perfect!

We had a fantastic time. The condo we stayed in was just perfect for us. It was clean & very comfortable. The view of the lake was great to sit on the patio & drink a cold one and watch the boats go by. We loved our stay.

The condo was very clean and beds and couches very comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied, the owners didn’t miss a thing!! The lake is right outside the the door and provides a beautiful view. There also is a dock for fishing. I would definitely stay here again!

We chose a trip close to home with our young kids. This was perfect, we felt secure with the gated area and small condo area. The pool was perfect and never crowded. The patio was perfect to watch boats all day and enjoy the water. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we could need. It was also located central to all hot springs had to offer .

We loved our stay in Hot Springs. The location was ideal to allow us several beach days, shopping in town, and a tour of the Garvan Woodland Gardens. Our hosts were very responsive and the condo had everything we needed for our week long stay!
