This is our new FAVORITE place to stay in Mission Beach! It was so difficult finding a 4 bedroom ocean front place, but also on the top floor. This fit the bill perfect. It was clean, comfortable, nicely stocked, and a dreamy master bedroom (we already miss the sounds of waves crashing). The Surf Style host made our stay easy, thank you again!

This house overlooks the ocean and has an amazing view from the dining area and patio. We encountered some issues with the amenities that made preparing food a little more challenging: the microwave, dishwasher, grill, and coffee pot weren't completely functional. There were a few other small problems here and there, like one of the shades being broken and the shower door not closing all the way. Overall we still enjoyed our stay here.

We love the house. Perfect for my family to hang out by the beach. The house has all the amenities and a perfect view!

The house was amazing! The location is perfect!!!! This home has everything you need to enjoy your beach getaway. We had family meals.. plenty of space for everyone to sleep and relax the garage had plenty of space for our larger SUV. There is a BBQ on the side deck, beach chairs in the garage with boogie boards and a cooler. The home offered 8 beach towels and with the washer and dryer we had fresh ones each day. We had 8 of us and everyone agreed this was one of our best beach trips ever!!!

This property was perfect for our family graduation gathering. We never tired of looking out the panaramic view of the ever-changing beach scene, and it was quiet and convenient to restaurants and shops. A great find!

My family of five kids and I adored staying at this rental and wished we could have stayed longer. The view of the ocean was unbeatable and provided a tranquil atmosphere which was just what my family and I needed after a hard year. The surrounding attractions were fantastic and kept my kids entertained the whole time. The proximity to the beach was unbelievable and allowed my family and me to make the best use of our time there. The beds were fantastic, comfortable, and spacious. The house was spotless and looked like new. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The food nearby was like no other, and kept us coming back for more each night. A specific recommendation is Olive's Cafe which is just a 5-minute walk away and has mouth-watering breakfast and lunch food. Just down the road is an acai bowl shop called juice wave where my daughter loves to go and is still asking for to this day. I long for the day we can return to this rental, and envy all future guests. The management company was so kind and helpful and was just a phone call away. To anyone looking for the best vacation of their lives, look no further. 704 Monterey in Mission Beach, San Diego is heaven on earth!

Is was really fantastic. Beautiful beach and sunset views, very roomy, boardwalk views, large windows, lots of night lighting. lots of patio space between all the balconies. The refrigerator was not working well when we got there and we lost some food that wasn't able to stay frozen when it needed to. We placed refrigerated food in the freezer as that worked like a refrigerator. It was fixed a day later after we called.

I had searched high and low for a place on the beach. We have 4 kids and to have the beach as your backyard is priceless. Anytime we had to use the bathroom or eat we could run up to our condo and do so. The place held 9 of us very comfortably. Everything was super clean and up to date. The garage and beach equipment was great. The views alone from the huge windows and balconies were amazing. The ocean breeze runs right through the condo. I will always rent from this rental company. They are on top of everything!! Thank you!

Having rented many times in the past in different parts of the world, I can openly say the this place was well worth it! Everything about this place was perfect and very much enjoyed. The house is at the perfect location right on Mission Beach with absolutely beautiful views. All rooms are arranged and set up with great taste. All beds are comfortable and all parts of the house are very clean and upkept! There was a good size garage where we easily parked our minivan. Quite a few beach chair are available for guest use. I would definitely consider this rental for our next vacation.

We loved the penthouse with those wonderful views of the ocean! Loved waking up to the sound of crashing waves every morning. Shirt drive to Trader Joe’s and Vons. Will definitely come back and stay in this penthouse again. Thank you!
