This house was perfect for our spring break stay in Seattle. It had great views and was very conveniently located. We accidentally left a stuffed animal when we left, and they were super helpful in looking for it and getting it back. Highly recommend this place!

My hubby and I really enjoyed this home. It was very clean, with everything we needed. Living area was so cozy with the fire place and beautiful views. The location could not have been more perfect. We hope to be back in the future!

Our recent trip to visit our daughter for Thanksgiving was exceptional, in large part because of our incredible stay at this beautiful home! All the amenities were wonderful and they didn't overlook even the smallest of details which was impressive. We enjoyed the comforts and coziness and will definitely return again! The neighborhood, the ample easy parking, the bedrooms, all great, BUT THE KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM, AND DECK AND THE VIEW FROM ALL OF THEM ARE SPECTATCULAR. We're looking for an excuse to return.

My husband, 2 year old daughter and myself stayed here over labor day weekend. The views were great, the place was super clean and had everything we needed. The house is in a really quiet area but still close to all the major attractions. Great water views!

Location and view of puget sound are great making this property worthwhile. However, kitchen has ant problem that infested garbage and any small amount of food left on countertop. Overall okay place if looking for easy access around Seattle. Appreciated helpful book on good restaurants around town

This home is in a great neighborhood and has great views. It is well stocked and very clean upon our arrival. We had an issue with an AC unit and it was quickly addressed.

My parents came in from out of town and this house was perfect for them and myself to stay in. Beautiful views from the upper living room/kitchen area. Nice, quiet neighborhood we could walk around but also close to downtown for dinners and sightseeing. Beds were super comfy, kitchen well-equipped, loved the instant heat showers, and the living room was great for family movie nights :) Host was also very responsive to my texts.

We were visiting to celebrate our daughter’s graduation at UW. This house was well furnished, had easy access to downtown and the university. Was clean and comfortable. And has an awesome view!

Clean, beautiful, modern home. Friendly neighbors. Had everything we could have wanted. The shower was amazing in the master bedroom. Beds were so comfortable that we went home and purchased a new bed. Thank you for an amazing 20th anniversary stay! It was a trip of our lifetime!

This property served our two-night getaway perfectly. It allowed us close access to the fun of the city, as well as a comfortable space to just relax! We will definitely hope to stay here again.

Our family was finally ready to venture out for spring break from Idaho to Seattle! We bought Citi Passes for our kids and us to hit the hot family spots but we weren’t ready to stay the night downtown. This location was great in getting to The Space Needle, the Aquarium, the Argossy Cruises and Chihuly Glass! We ate breakfast at the rental, ate lunch out and had dinner and wind down time back at the rental. The Whole Foods Market and Safeway were so close for groceries. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and safe. The views are beautiful but come with 4 flights of stairs inside the home. As long as you are able bodied it shouldn’t be a problem. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. The location is out of the chaos that is clearly evident downtown and close enough to be to your destination in minutes. We used spot hero app to reserve parking in parking garages and I encourage people to avoid 2nd and 3rd street on foot. We were with our kids age 5 and 7 and it was intense. There is plenty of coffee in the cupboard from past guests so use it and save your money! Good washing and drying machine, compost and recycling were easy and good parking in the driveway. 20 min from the airport! Great place to stay!

This property/home is even more than the pictures can do justice. We feel beyond blessed and honored we got the opportunity to stay there. Very cozy, well maintained, felt right at home, will meet all your needs. Do not miss out on an amazing vacation or even staycation.

This home is in a great location when visiting Seattle. Always a 10-15 min drive to everything the city has to offer. The home was super clean, warm, and the kitchen has everything you would need to cook. I would note that the only thing we didn't like is the master bed is hard as a rock. Didn't get the best night's sleep :/ But guest bedroom seemed comfier.

Loved the location of property, easy walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Love the radiant heat in the bathrooms which made for a cozy experience in the mornings. Water pressure was great. I do agree with what some of the other reviewers have commented on the onerous checkout requirements. They are basically asking you to clean the house yourself, in spite of paying a hefty cleaning fee. To me, that should be the responsibility of the cleaning service. For a longer stay, not having a bathroom on the main floor would be tough. Other than that it was great, and we loved the views from the living room.

My family and I had an amazing time in this beautiful home. First it was very clean, beds comfortable. The fully stocked kitchen was very much appreciated. THANK YOU for the coffee so yummy. I will definitely stay here again when I’m town. It is so close to everything. Michelle S.

Property is well cared for, updated and in a good location. Be prepared to clean the property before you leave. The check out list is quite extensive and essentially asks you to clean the house and do the laundry even though the cleaning fee charged is the market rate.
