Overall property was nice it was pretty clean. We had a terrible time with fire ants around the pool area and the walk to the beach is pretty far from the house. You definitely have to use the beach access road to drive your beach supplies.

This home was beautiful, I do not suggest booking if you have anyone with knee problems or for anyone that cannot use the stairs. That is probably the most memorable as I had my 80 year old parents that were afraid to use the elevator. But it had it's own entry to the beach and the house itself was beautifully decorated. The house was well stocked as they provided cookware so no need to pack baking dishes or crockpots or mixing bowls as I did. They also had a cooler & wagon to take to the beach. Just a great place!

We stayed here for me and my mother’s birthday for the weekend. The place was very clean and organized. The house is roomy and very functional for our birthday celebration. We really really enjoyed our time here! I would like to express my thanks to the owner/ manager for accommodating our stay at your place. A great place to book for a nice getaway.

We overall enjoyed our visit here but there were a couple of maintenance issues while we were there. Although we did not expect to have great internet access the whole time we were there, we did need to be able to occasionally check emails, check in to work, and figure out restaurants to eat. We had almost no internet access the whole time we were there due to the wifi being down. They did try to set up a mobile hot spot but it was not adequate and did not work. None of the tv's were able to be used because they are all smart tv's. Although we were not planning to work remotely, having no internet access for the multiple adults staying there proved very difficult. Also, for a portion of the time we were there, the air conditioning did not work on the top floor which made it quite hot. The location was good otherwise and everything was in reasonable shape. The middle floor master bedroom shower is not great. The kitchen was convenient and most things worked well. The house was clean and we had a good time. Although the weather was not great while we were there, there were a lot of pool toys and accessories that would have been fun to try out. I would have appreciated a small discount given the number of issues we had and the multiple check-ins with the management company. They were trying to resolve the issue but were not able to during the time we were there. Overall, aside from that, we were quite satisfied with the visit and condition of the house. I do recommend it, just do not count on any access to wifi (and cellular service isn't great).
