Property is new with private parking. The apartment is big and has everything that you need for a short stay. You would need a car or by bus to travel in the center.
The terrace is not covered and water is dripping from the roof in front of the door.

Quizá el armario del dormitorio de matrimonio del apartamento para 4 personas, un poquito escaso de espacio.

Große Wohnung und große Terrasse. Parkplatz im Anwesen, in dem sich mehrere Ferienwohnungen befinden. Supermercado ca. 300m entfernt. Zwei Busverbindungen (Linien 10 und 11) mit in der Nähe befindlichen Haltestellen. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man den Weg auch mit diesen zurücklegen (ca. 4km zur Kathedrale). Ansprechpartnerin war jederzeit erreichbar und konnte sofort helfen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hervorragend. Unser jetziger Aufenthalt in Málaga ist davon meilenweit entfernt!

Ubicación (muy cerca del Hospital La Arruzafa), y el diseño. Un sitio muy tranquilo y cómodo.
Falta algo de mobiliario para colocar las maletas y algunas perchas en la pared.

The person who met us was super friendly and helpful and responsive by Phone throughout our stay. The apartment was lovely, with two balconies, very clean and new.
A few things let the otherwise excellent accommodation down à bit. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, maybe it's a general problem in the area ? As the streets smelled a bit as well. Pans with glass lids kept on a very high shelf, not very safe. Well equipped but no chopping board or tea towel. The bedroom was very light at night due to thin curtains and big security lights in the area.

It is a beautiful apartment for a small family!
The BATHROOM!! It’s a weird design :( the shower is right at the door. When you shower the entire bathroom gets wet. The shower drainer was at the bathroom door, it makes it very hard to, dry yourself and harder for the second person to use the bathroom.
If this bathroom can be remodeled, this property can easily be called the best!!

The appartment is very new, modern and well equiped with dishes and household appliances. Close to the Cordoba center, in a tranquille neighborhood. Very clean. With privat parking and a small pool for the whole property - appriciated in hot summer days. Good value for the money.
Over all - nothing to criticize. We missed a salad bowl and a bigger pot for pasta cooking. And I didn't like the curtain in the shower as the half of bathroom was wet after kids finished their showering :), but these are really small things.

The apartment is quite modern and tastefully decorated. There are good amenities in the kitchen to use and overall the place is comfortable and relaxing, with a nice balcony to enjoy. You are a bit far from the city center but you get the peace and quite a more residential neighborhood offers. The garden is nice and the little swimming pool is a great bonus for summer time.
Some points to improve considering is not a cheap place. The balcony was quite dirty and the furniture there was also dirty and stained. We had to clean it a little to be able to sit there. The bed is also a bit on the small side for a couple, so if you are not petite you might not be so comfortable. The bathroom is not so well designed. You can't really open the drawers completely because the bathroom door won't allow it and the water pressure is practically non existent. The issues aren't super serious but it's something to consider if you charge this amount per night.

very modern building and condo; beautiful terrace; wonderful pool perfect for family with kids ; only 10 mn by car to the city center. Very quiet. Free secure parking...a really good option.
