This house was amazing! Lots of room for those that went on this vacation! Owners were just as amazing! I would recommend this property to all who are looking for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy a beachfront vacation!

Our stay at this beachfront property was absolutely fantastic! We are a family of seven – two moms and five children ranging in age from 10 to 14 – and the house was perfect for our needs. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the decks were breathtaking, and we enjoyed many mornings watching the sunrise over the ocean.
The location couldn’t be more perfect – it’s right on the beach! Which made it easy for our family to enjoy swimming, buggie boarding, and building sandcastles. The swim spa on the property was a nice bonus!
The owners, Julia and Scott, were incredibly responsive and provided detailed instructions, making our check-in and stay seamless. We felt right at home and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house, from the cozy decor to the well-stocked kitchen.
Overall, this was one of our best vacations, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway!

We had a wonderful time at the house. Perfect location, right on the beach and very clean. The swim spa was amazing! I was a little put off that we had to supply all our own towels and toiletries. Starters of toilet paper, soap, etc are not provided. Which meant an extra trip to the store. That being said, when I inquired with the owner about toilet paper and were told they aren’t provided, when we didn’t have ANY, he promptly gave us a roll. Whew! Also the bedsheets arrived in a bag. We were required to make the beds ourselves. Not a huge deal, but an annoyance. There was also a charge for early check-in, even an hour. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. I would just be better prepared with all my toiletries towels, etc!

House was wonderful, exactly as pictured, and there is nothing better than being able to walk out your door and directly on the beach. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. The pool spa was a super nice touch!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was in a great location and had everything we needed. The owners were so sweet and attentive. We had plenty of room for our large multigenerational family. My kids fell in love with Cinnamon, and enjoyed it when the sweet kitty came by for a visit. We also had the pleasure of watching a baby sea turtle being released back into the sea! Hopefully, we can make it back to “Wine Down” soon. We made lots of great memories there!

Great week-long stay for four generations! This property had everything we needed and amazing access to the beach. Though it was a duplex, it felt like we had the property to ourselves. The other side of the house is used by the owners and they are very courteous and friendly! No sound travels through the dividing wall and there is plenty of space. Would certainly stay here again!

This is our second time staying at “Wine Down” and we look forward to our next vacation on Holden Beach in this adorable duplex. This house has a wonderful deck off the master bedroom for perfect view of the beach first thing in the morning! The private walkway is just a short walk and brings you right out to the beautiful beach. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and the livingroom furniture is very comfy. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed our first trip to Holden and were very pleased with the property we stayed at. It was clean, the linens and blankets were there waiting and smelled like they had just been washed. Access to get into house was easy. We loved that there was only 7 steps down to the beach. The owner was very nice and responded to all my questions quickly. Cinnamon the cat was very sweet and loved to be pet by us. The day before checkout was raining all day and the owner gave us 2 umbrellas to borrow. Couches were comfortable. We would stay at this rental again. Cant wait to return. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
