Staff polite ,it felt comfortable taking all kids .breakfast was great , kids enjoy eating downstairs.

It was hard to see TV from the bed by the window, but it was a good experience .

The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs and concerns.

We had to change rooms because the first room had little black hairs all over the beds, and the mattress cover on the trundle bed was stained. There was also trash and a fake nail under the trundle bed. The second room had broken bedside lights, broken trim, cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the bathroom floor was dirty. The microwave did not work. For a fairly new hotel, it was disappointing to see the lack of maintenance of the property. The breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were cold, and the sausage was dry. One of the waffle makers had a broken timer. The pool is ridiculously small for the size of the hotel.

No hot water for shower at night or in morning! Shower door rail was loose. 2 lightbulbs were dead. Rail in pool wasn’t intact it came off the steps

The location was excellent for proximity to downtown Detroit and the Henry Ford. The room configuration accommodated my family of 5. The bed was comfortable.

The pool was extremely small with a full capacity of only 8 people. The hotel was quite full and the breakfast area was very small for the number of people. The breakfast variety was mediocre compared to other hotels.

we were told breakfast ended at 10, but it ended at 9:30. The individual working breakfast was rude. no one ever cleaned our room and we had to ask for towels.
