This relates to the casia St. community 18 property as recommended in good faith by the exclusive holiday villa with pool, I am forced to write this review here as the experience was shocking. The AC in one room was not working properly One bedding smellled of urine The main issue was the cockroach infestation in the kitchen hallways and bedrooms. The owner was overseas, and the host was his brother Victor, who was pleasant enough and tried to assist where he could. However, he was aware of this infestation, having provided us with a spray that evening for the mosquitoes he said. My family of 8, including a child, were in the property less than 24 hours, we were sleep deprived and had to find alternative accommodation to get out ASAP. The owner, Winfred, showed no consideration for the situation and did not even offer an apology. Instead, he insisted on us paying a night fee and threatened us with immigratiion when we refused to pay. Winfred accused us of being non payers and having no experience of tropical environments. (We're from the caribbean and know an infestation when we see one). We relocated in the morning via booking.com to a cleaner and much nicer property We did return the next day and paid half a day's fee as Victor was so reasonable and understanding, and clearly, he was getting stick from his brother because we left. Victor said the property is currently being treated and fumigated. But we will not be staying there again!
