It was one of the best family apartment I had been on. The hotel staff, from the front desk crew to the room attendants, all had put their outstanding customer service, making our stay so pleasant that it feels like being home away from home. Highly recommended for travelling family like us. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Mimaru Osaka Shinsaibashi East was such a fun and relaxing stay for our family, there were great dining options right outside the front door! Bara, front desk staff member, was instrumental in helping us navigate Osaka and finding the best places to visit and eat!! Can’t talk him up enough, he was that great! Honestly, the whole staff were very sweet to us, even when the kiddos were so rambunctious and screaming their heads off.
The room was spacious, loved the warm toilet seat, and the overall atmosphere of our room. We were two adults with four children, ranging in ages 11 to 2, in the Family Theatre Apartment. The kiddos loved the bunk beds and we used the table to help keep things organized as best as we could. The room came with utensils, cups, and plates, which we used!
Honestly, stay here. It’s great! Easy walk to the subway station and Dotonbori!! If we ever make our way back to Osaka, we are definitely staying here again!!

Our family of four had a wonderful time at Mimaru Shinsaibashi East. Close to all the main attractions and there are couple convenient stores within walking distance (3-5mins) - Family Mart is the closest. The room was very spacious as well. Highly recommended!

The rented a family room. It was very spacious. Definitely the most spacious place we stayed in while on vacation. Coming from the US most places were a bit tighter than in the US. The kitchen was quite well stocked with cutlery needs and pots and pans. Very clean.

The apartment was spacious for the 5 of us. The kitchenette was well stocked with utensils. The daily change of towels, and disposal of rubbish, made our 5 days stay comfortable and a pleasure. The coin laudromat on the ground floor has many machines, which makes laundry easy.

We are family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) reserved the TV suite. Property was clean, understood enough English & place was centrally located which is very convenient. I can’t give the full 5 because there’s no ‘water refills’ no amenity included, short of paper product, etc. Overall, it was great, wonderful! I will definitely return and recommend. But just remember to buy water and amenities.

The hotel is conveniently located near Dotonburi area and has restaurants and convenience shops just stone throw away. The room was well equipped and very clean! We stayed in the family apartment and though it wasn’t huge, there was just enough space and cosy enough for us all. There were 2 toilets which were really helpful. And they were spacious! The beds were also super comfy! Hotel provided coins for us to exchange them for snacks/sake. Front desk staff was very helpful and responsive to queries even before our stay.

This property was fantastic and met all of our needs. The staff go above and beyond to give you a great experience. About a 10 minute walk to the train station and a short walk to Dotonbori which was very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Extremely helpful hotel staff with excellent English language skills across the board. Came across as very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious, and the addition of the coin op laundry was extremely welcome (some other accommodations we stayed at had in-room laundry, but the capacity in those was extremely limited; the coin-op was well worth it).
If I had one complaint about this, it was that the Shinsaibashi area was maybe a better fit for young adults than for traveling around with kids. It's very much an area with an active nightlife that's pretty dead in the morning time. Although the hotel is very close to the nagahoribashi subway station, that line is not well connected to your main routes - expect to walk frequently to the Shinsaibashi subway station when going out and about.

The devices and environment are pretty good for family tour.
But a little bit far away to Shinsaibashi station by walking.
There is also a noise up-floor in the night. it's a pity that the room is too crowded for 5 persons.

The place was spacious, and we were happy at how easy it was to be able to grab local food nearby. Staff was friendly. If I was to be critical, the bath towels had smell of damp for two of our 4-day stay. Hope it could be improved.

We stayed for 5 nights at Mimaru Shinsaibashi East - it was the largest hotel room we've ever been in Japan.
The rooms were clean, tasteful, and they thought of everything - I especially loved that you could rent items like an Apple TV, UNO cards etc. They also gave you coins to redeem for little things like sake tastings and snacks which was very fun. The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by eateries, convenience stores and it's around the corner from a 24hour supermarket - it's a really great option for a family. It is a short 5 minute walk from the main Shinsaibashi shopping strip, and 10 minutes to the Glico man. I would definitely try to stay here again when I come back to Osaka!

The room was clean, new and spacious. The location was great and near metro station on either side.
The staff at day time were super friendly and helpful.
The only problem is the coin laundry is actually a shop open to public and it’s super busy utilizing by neighborhood, not really part of the hotel (according to the nightshift staff). It’s quite difficult to fight for a laundry machine at late night time if you plan to do laundry for your family.

Very nice Japanese apartment. Spacious- after opening four luggages, there is still plenty of room for kids to play around.
Safe - a police station is opposite to the property, feel very safe.

We had an amazing time at Mimaru Osaka Shinsaibashi East. The Team were all amazing and extremely helpful to all our needs . Our room was extremely clean and suited all our needs . The property is close to shopping as well as the subway. It was an absolute pleasure staying here and can’t recommend this place enough. :)

Everything was good except for a lot of nearby clubs and drinking places. People screaming and shouting loudly on street in the middle of the night.

Very spacious room, which is the same showing in website. Convenient location. Room condition is clean, well equipped with kitchenware and electonics, abundent ampunt of hangers too. good for a group of 3+. Staff are friendly too!

The property is clean and modern. Booked two room in Feb and everything is great. Except, there is face wash, lotion provided in the lobby, is upon request. The hotel give you one token to use during the stay for a free sake, however the sake machine dispense only like a sip out and I wasn't ready for the dispense- the hotel staff does not let me get another cup. So it was weird, and not so friendly because I thought is unlimited sake provided however be mindful that it is not. The neighborehood is quiet, however when i am walking back from metro to the hotel there are some street that needs extra attention. Otherwise, the size of the room are like describe. I will book with the same hotel in the future.
