Breakfast was ok- our 2nd stay we had to leave before it was ready, but they did have coffee available. The rooms were amazing and my husband, who can't lay flat to sleep, was able to rest very comfortably on the couch in our room

Airport shuttles would be helpful. Pricing seemed extremely high, but the facilities were beautiful. A little disappointing there is no restaurant/bar in the hotel.

La habitación estaba en la quinta planta y había una corriente de aire muy fuerte cada vez que alguien abría la terraza. Se oían unos silbidos muy molestos constantemente, incluso en horario nocturno. El sofá cama de la habitación era de lo mas incomodo que he probado en mi vida. Y el personal de recepción muy desagradable. Nos obligaron a hacer el check-out antes de las 11h, cuando teníamos reservado hasta las 12h.

Nice hotel and comfortable bed

Very clean, large room with mini kitchen, good location from airport (easily reachable from Millbrae BART), very comfortable bed. Plentiful buffet breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly. No airport noise even with close proximity.

All good, except the teeny bar soap and lotion amenity. Somewhat distant from restaurants/commerce.

Breakfast was great. The room was way bigger than expected. Location was amazing, we were taking a flight the next day, so close enough to the airport and quite a few restaurants close enough to be walking distance.

Only thing I'd do better would be the cleanliness of some things at the breakfast buffet. For example, the cabinetry on top of the waffle machine was full of dust, I could notice while I was waiting for my waffles to be ready.

Very nice hotel. Clean and modern. Great breakfast.

The staff were so so kind, I got off my 11 hour flight during which I had food poisoning and they kindly helped me find a banana which I could try to eat, at about 11PM at night! The location was so helpful to the airport, the facilities were excellent - loved the guest laundry. The rooms were also so so comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like! If I had a very very minor thing it is the rooms are very dark - good for sleeping but a bit hard for seeing everything in your suitcase at night.

Everything was clean and it was like a home away from home. There was a fridge/freezer, mini stove, dishwasher. Even cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates and eating utensils were provided. There were plenty of breakfast options as well.

Parking was $30 per night. There was no ice machine that I could find (other than the automatic ice maker in the freezer)

Neues Hotel und noch alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Große Zimmer, gute Ausstattung. Gutes Frühstück auf Porzellan! Auch im Frühstücksraum sehr nettes Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr nah am Flughafen, in unserem abgewandten Zimmer war davon nichts zu hören. Der Bahnhof (BART; Millbrae) ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und bringt einen zum Flughafen oder nach San Francisco.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, aber ohne Aufschnitt. Es gibt aber genug um satt zu werden. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, die leere Teller wurden prompt geräumt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, große Dusche im Bad. Das Hotel ist in der nähe des Flughafens. Sehr freundliches Personal beim Einchecken an der Rezeption.

OK breakfast in a pleasant room, super friendly staff. Easy and friendly check in. Spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Easy access to SFO.

Overpriced parking (situated just outside the hotel: we paid the same price in a very good area in San Francisco for an indoor and guarded parking)

The room was new, very clean, with everything we were need. The bed was very very comfy! I asked for a second blanket and got it immediately! Breakfast was really good, much better then we expected. I will definitely stay here again!

AC is a bit noisy, but we turned it off for night and slept very well. Also would be great to have a shuttle to the airport.

The door to the bathroom has been specifically designed to smash your fingers when closing. my fingers are still throbbing.

החדר מרווח ומאובזר היטב, מרוהט בסגנון מודרני ונעים מאוד. מנהלת הקבלה היתה מאוד אדיבה ועזרה לנו, בהגעה קיבלנו בקבוקי מים,

הגענו לשני לילות ולא ניקו את החדר כי מנקים אחת ליומיים. זה מאכזב כי התעריף ללילה הנוסף אינו זול יותר כך שבעצם משלמים אותו הדבר ומקבלים פחות… בארוחת הבוקר היו מיצים שנגמרו והם לא חידשו את המלאי למרות שזה היה עדיין בשעות הפעילות של ארוחת הבוקר

We’d previously stayed at the Westin and Aloft hotels on the other side of the overpass but typically would have to get off at Millbrae exit to gas up the rental car at this exit. Now I can fill up the car and spend the night at the Residence Inn instead. There’s an In-and-Out Burger and Panera right across the street. And a BART station to take you either to SFO or into the City. Breakfast was wonderful and staff very friendly.

Strangely there’s no shuttle to SFO; and no safe in room
