Excellent location in front of beach and close to the lively part of town with restaurants etc

Very poorly equipped kitchen, without proper knives and other basics. Additionally for few days stay they could offer basic cooking essentials like oil salt and pepper. Especially considering the price. Finally a courtesy beach umbrella would have been appreciated, again, considering the price. Spa is very basic and extremely expensive. Bar was closed all the time

The apartments were beautiful, and had great amenities, launch as a washing machine, clothes drying rack, dish washer, oven, microwave, stove top. Great amenities for families including a pack and play, high chair, kids plate, cup, flatware. He property was right by the beach and even had an elevator to get to beach level, which was great for the stroller. There’s a storage room for your beach chairs and supplies, and a bathroom/shower by the beach entrance.

The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, and if your room is street side you can easily hear cars and people at night. Even through the rolling shades. The property had a few pots and pans but no cooking utensils. Also no bottle opener.

The location of these apartments could not have been better, and was the envy of friends staying in the more residential part of Rota. Beachfront, right in the historic district, just a short walk to great restaurants and shopping, surrounded by nice architecture. The renovation of the building is extremely tasteful and really stunning - better than in the photos. The apartment was large enough and very comfortable, accessible with elevators and ramps (we traveled with my mother and our baby). Modern but with great details. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

I wouldn't change a thing. We appreciated the autonomy of an apartment with the convenience of a front desk.
