It was quiet and comfortable.

Miss the restaurant and wish the bar was open.

Staying on the second floor

The outside was appealing and fixtures and amenities were nice although we didn’t get to stay long enough to use them.

The parking situation was weird and then a fire alarm went off at 3 or 4am and whaled for 15 minutes and then again at 7am. The beds were not comfortable and there was no iron in the room. We were in town for a wedding so we needed and iron. I called the front desk thinking maybe they had one up their in case someone needed one but they didn’t. We had to go to dollar general to get one. Never been to a hotel/motel that didn’t have an iron and ironing board. We would not be going back.

It was cute, the restaurant area was decorated nicely, had turf and tables outside and a large area inside. They have live music and events. It’s not bad. The room was a good size, bed was comfortable. If you’re looking for a place to just sleep and do nothing else, it’s good. But too high priced for just a place to sleep.

The coffee pot had a filter from lord knows when, had mold in it. They replaced it quickly, but it shouldn’t have ever been there. The room had cob webs in the top corners, with dead bugs. The floor felt like it had t been swept thoroughly. The second night, the fire alarms went off out side, it was horrible. Went on for quite a while, when we brought it up at checkout, the response was… it happens. They are old systems and when moisture gets in there it causes it to go off. My suggestion is to replace it. You’re in a coastal town, there is always moisture. Iron or board. No stirring sticks for the coffee. The TV had a horrible sound, I felt bad for my neighbors, we had it on 45 during a movie, and would mute it during commercials, because the 45 sounded like 20. I think the rooms are too big for that cheap TV, so the sound doesn’t bounce well.

The staff was very nice. Nice location on the coastline. Great outdoor patio area. Very affordable.

We have 4 on our family. We booked a double room. Beds are full size, pretty small for 2 adults. Unfortunately the beds were not very comfortable for the adults. But fine for the kids. Next time we know to book a king size for adults.
