Le personnel. Ils ne sont pas pro, pas sympa et un petit déjeuner exécrable.

El entorno es muy chulo, con la piscina y el jardín, tenía hamacas y zonas de estar al aire libre distribuidas por todo el espacio. El staff es súper servicial, hay una persona allí 24h para lo que necesites. Teníamos desayuno incluido y pedimos que nos hicieran un sándwich para llevar porque teníamos que salir antes y nos prepararon uno súper rico (igualmente aunque el desayuno empezaba a las 6:30 si avisas te lo pueden servir antes para tomar allí, pero no queríamos molestar al staff pues entendíamos que si hay hora es por algo; otros huéspedes eso no lo respetaron…). La relación calidad-precio es súper buena. Para una o dos noches está genial el sitio.

La ubicación, alejado de todo, aunque alquilando una moto llegas a cualquier sitio en pocos minutos.

We vonden het zwembad erg fijn. De accommodatie is mooi opgezet, rondom dat zwembad. Onze douche deed het niet goed. We hebben daarom gebruik gemaakt van de gemeenschappelijke buitendouche, die was prima. De huisjes zijn eenvoudig, maar schoon. Goede bedden. De locatie is afgelegen. Maar een tuktuk of taxi is snel geregeld.

De douche in ons huisje was koud en er kwam erg weinig water uit. Het zat ook direct naast het toilet. Er waren geen kasten voor je spullen.

We booked just about everything through their services—accommodation, tours, and shuttles—which made everything super easy for us. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with our requests. They always have useful alternatives and made handling our queries and requests a breeze. The place has a wonderful tropical vibe, and I absolutely loved the pool view from our Superior Family Room. It’s a peaceful, relaxing and private spot, away from the bustling Alona area but still just 10 minutes from the airport. The facilities worked well too; the pool is perfect for small groups to hangout and also grammable, there's also huts and hammocks, the AC functioned perfectly, the water supply was reliable, and the shower heater was in good shape. There's a lot of electrical sockets too. While there’s WiFi available, we found our mobile data to be stronger both Smart/Globe works well specially we are staying outside most of the time. We were also able to do some grilling. They serve a standard Pinoy breakfast with rice, eggs, and longanisa. If you're planning to have some drinks or late-night snacks, it’s best to buy ahead and just request to have them kept in their fridge, as their bar was not available during our stay. Also, bring your tumblers so you can refill water from their kitchen. Overall, we had a great stay. We’ll surely be back!

On our first day, they ran out of complimentary soap and shampoo, but they quickly provided us with alternatives and had it restocked the next day. Since many of the activities are outdoors and might involve water, I’d recommend bringing your own items just to be on the safe side.

AC in our room was very loud, shower and toilet in one small room, water pressure very low, the bed was too hard and bed and sheet too small, no amenities in the bathroom, not even soap, no free drinking water

Maison d’hôte sympathique. La piscine est très agréable et l’environnement très joli. Très arboré. Les hôtes sont très serviables et très sympathiques.

The staff are very accommodating, specially the lady that checked us in she was there the entire time. Too bad on our side we haven’t got her name but she was exceptionally helpful and very accommodating. Got our room ready and helped us the entirety of our stay.
