The room and furniture were pretty banged up with dings and scratches. The refrigerator was filthy. Small amounts of black mold in all the joints and cracks in the bathroom. Some guest before me had put cigarette butts in the sink. I removed enough for the sink to drain. Front desk clerk was very nice and friendly.

It seems that they have just opened and are trying to fix the place up.... My only issue mainly was the spiderwebs in the corner of the doors and windows. Other than that these people seem to be hard at work running the place. I was comfortable with my stay.

One of the best cheaper places we stayed! Only issue was there was a good bit of ants. Even with the ants though it was fairly clean. Very quiet area with a lot of food choices around.

Everything was great, except the fact that the site says they have breakfast and they do not, so that was a bummer. When ask about it, their response was “well, we don’t HAVE to do it.” The room was clean and the area is safe.

The room was comfortable a little messy cleaning could be better but overall it was accommodating and quiet, the young lady at the front desk at Night was very sweet and helpful

I've stayed here a few times. It's close by what I need and fairly comfortable. There was no hot water, to which the hotel did call and let me know so I could change my reservation if needed. It was a bit inconvenient but not enough to make me cancel. Staff is always friendly.

No complaints, basic room, dog friendly. Had an AC problem and once I called it in the repairman came and fixed it within minutes. I'm sorry I didn't have cash to tip him.

Staff when entering was very nice and we had an interesting conversation. The room was recently remodeled which is great but have to tell you the bed was very uncomfortable and if remodeling I would have changed out the mattress in the rooms.
The price point was perfect for what we needed as we visited family from out of town.

Very clean and newly remodeled. Staff was friendly and double checked if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room since he said Expedia always comes through as a smoking room which is not what I wanted, so I appreciated his checking and fixing this as I checked in.

The room wasn't clean. There was a lot of dirt in the corners, and the light fixture was broken. There were cracks all over the walls at the seams.

Even though the road into it seems a little ugly it's actually quite nice and the pool was perfect!

Floor was filthy . The soles if my feet were black from the nastiness.. There was a really weird smell coming from the AC unit .

The bathrooms were dirty. The tub walks had spots all on them, dirt all around the toilet on the floor and the room had an aweful smell coming from the air conditioning unit and I wouldn’t sit on the couch as it did not look clean. The beds were extremely hard and the tv had horrible reception. The batteries kept falling out of the remote as it had no back. It was strictly a place to lay my head for the night as I had been driving a long time. Not impressed with the so called renovations.

First off they advertised having a free breakfast you get there and they tell you it’s just coffee, the rooms looked like crap and the mattresses were old and worn out

Good place to stay for the price. Real convenient to several eating places. Walmart was close by for shopping.

Bring a plunger. And cleaning supplies. Not a single toilet in the whole complex flushes. Cleaning is done by some tweakers who live on site. They get paid $2 per room so its pretty sketchy. Usually you can get towels but might only get sheets once a week. The breakfast is a waste of time. It it the most worthless stale and nasty stuff. The mgr has about 50 English words.
