A girls trip is just what I needed and the Niuk was the perfect place!! The community was beyond friendly and welcoming! I can’t wait to bring the family back to introduce them to this little piece of heaven!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We can’t wait to return!!

The owners went above and beyond for our family. We went during the week, just after holiday. It was so quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed!

We loved everything about our stay at The Niuk! Everything inside the condo is brand new and so well thought out and no expense was spared on anything. We stayed with our two young children and had more than enough space (we didn't even use one of the bedrooms!) Every space felt so intentional with the decor and small personal touches that it made it feel so warm and welcoming and no tiny detail was left unnoticed! From the thoughtful welcome bag full of goodies, to the "opps I forgot basket" filled with just about anything you might possibly need, to the top of the line kitchen appliances .... I could go on and on! One of the best things about the condo is the location. It is literally in the middle of all the action. You are right across from the Pizza shop, the lawn where they have live music, activities, food trucks, etc and walking distance to the beach. Being that this is a Residence Club property, the only pool you have access to is the Residence Club pool which upon learning this I was a little disappointed but it turned out to be the ABSOLUTE BEST. It overlooks the lake, is never crowded and is very large! It is by far our favorite pool at Carlton Landing now and we cannot wait to book this property again! Also- Jamie the host was incredible to work with. Correspondence was super quick and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of during our stay. Also something else we loved about this property is they didn't have an extensive "rule" book which is really off-putting sometimes. They just made it simple and relaxing and easy! We will be back for sure!
