House was decorated adorably. Plenty of space and was able to spread out. Very comfortable for a short weekend stay. Only suggestion would be that the downstairs got extremely cold and the temperature could not be adjusted. Having blankets available would be nice.

Beautiful property in a walkable neighborhood.

This lovely home is in the very enjoyable (and cool) and walkable Gordon Square neighborhood. The property is very well appointed and provisioned. An open ground floor plan is ideal for a family gathering or larger, with a terrific kitchen, full-sized dining room table, and a spacious family/living room. Upstairs on the second floor are two large bedrooms and a laundry room. Each bedroom has a king bed, and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with an excellent walk-in shower. The third floor is devoted to a lofted third bedroom and media room, with two single beds and a large sectional. Perfect for younger kids. We stayed here for nearly two weeks over the Christmas holidays and it truly began to feel like home. John is wonderful to work with—very responsive and nearby if needed. Five out of five stars, highly recommend, and I suspect we will stay here again.

Six of our family members came to Cleveland and stayed at John's place. The house was perfect for our getaway - it was centrally located to the attractions we wanted to see, it was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. John was quick to respond to our messages and very helpful with recommendations of local attractions and eateries. Thank you John for being a great host!

The four of us very much enjoyed staying in this house and would recommend it for other groups or families.

This house has it all! Great proximity to downtown, walking distance to fantastic restaurants and shopping, and within 1 mile of the Edgewater Waterfront. John was fantastic to work; with from questions about the house during the booking process to where to go in the area. Stop looking and book this house, you will. It regret it!

The house was incredibly comfortable and really close to all the activities we enjoyed in Cleveland. I had several opportunities to communicate with the owner ahead of the trip, he was quick to respond and made some great dinner recommendations. We would 100% stay here again!
