The views of the sunset and sunrise ocean views were amazing. The views of the planes landing were soothing. Not to mention, the cleanliness of the resort was exceptional. I love the stretch balcony from the living room to the bedroom.

There was really only one thing that I wasn't ok with. That was the random power outages that happened every day. Being an island person myself, I know most islands run off generators. However, every day, the power went out for about an hour or more, which is a little inconvenient for the stay.

It was just expensive

Great property, great location and views over the sea from both rooms and balcony. Great sunset scenes in evening. Also, if you're into the iconic "planes landing over Maho beach" great views of these coming in to land from rooms and balcony. Host (Dwayne) welcoming and attentive. Really clean and all good facilities in terms of kitchen and other items. Aircon worked really well and kept the rooms nice and chilled.

Description on Booking.com could have been better. The below were not made clear on the listing for the facility: 1) Swimming Pool - located at Morgan Resort next door and that there is a $40 per person change (day pass) per day for its use. (Albeit we did make use of the day pass at Morgan twice, we loved the experience, and it was idyllic). 2) Lift - The listing on Booking.com states there is a lift at the facility. This is not quite true. There is a lift that is very old and out of action, so for our suite, there was a climb up 6 flights of steps to the 3rd floor with heavy suitcases. Also not great when having been to supermarket to stock up. This would not have worked out well if either of us had been disabled. Although not working, this did not spoil our holiday, it just was a little more inconvenient than if the listing had been correct.

Exellent all the way. Amazing view on the sea side. Sunsets evey nights.
