The location was great. Appliances were all new. The carpet was new.

The couch was filthy. We had to cover it with a sheet. It smelled moldy. The pool should be heated.

The first time we stayed at these apartment we liked everything. The second time was horrible.

This is our second time staying here. The fiest was great the second time the beds were so squeaky that it would wake us up anytime we'd move in bed. You could hear the springs from within the mattress. Also, once of the towels was folded nicely, when we unrolled it, it had so much black hair on it. It was ridiculous. The floor was covered in hair and dust.

The apartment was comfortable and convenient.

The housekeeping staff forgot to change the bed linens. When we reported it, we were told someone would come and take care of it. They did not, but clean linens were available so we changed the bed ourselves. Also didn't like the need to communicate through Booking.com as messages were not received in a timely fashion. Preferred to talk directly with the leasing agency.

The location is good.

Firstly they forgot to give us the apartment details. I called them and then they said we will do the arrangements and provide you with the details. They gave us ground floor unit. when we entered the unit, it was not cleaned at all. It seemed like it was used and no body cleaned it. There were some kind of earthworms in the unit too. The internet was not working in the unit. The smoke detector was beeping too, i guess it needed new batteries or something. I called the management and they said we will send a team to fix the issues. Nobody came. I called them again next day and again nobody came. I sent them a written message as well and again nobody came. I was tired of calling them again and again so we just brought some stuff to clean the apartment. Even if we cleaned the apartment the earthworms were still coming in the unit. We had to clean it everyday. Even the outside trash area was full and overflowing. Nobody took care of it. I really want somebody from the management team to get back to me. It was a very bad experience.

It had a good washer and dryer. Bed was huge. Quiet and peaceful

Rub was stopped up, and they were diligent in getting a service person there quickly to fix it.

This was a nightmare. We stood outside for 2 hours, placing and receiving calls to try to get us in the apartment. It is the only reason i would not recommend the place to anyone. the door electronic keypads are horrible.

access to the apartment, as mentioned above we spent hours outside trying to get it to work. a mainetance person had to come to let us in. we then had some trouble later too.

Very noisy. Bed was in poor shape.

The apartment was very clean and nice. All kitchen equipment were new and modern.

We had problems with the electronic locks starting from the moment we arrived to the door of our apartment.

The inside and outside was nice and clean .

The property was in a great area and safe enviroment .

Приятная, уютная, чистая квартира с чистым постельным бельем и чистыми полотенцами. Есть всё необходимое: стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина, кухонные принадлежности, утюг и гладильная доска и т.д. В номере два телевизора, есть регулируемая система температуры в квартире.

К сожалению автоматический замок на входной двери не работал на закрывание. Мы написали сообщение на горячую линию, но ответа не получили. Приходилось оставлять квартиру не запертой. Так же были небольшие проблемы с wi-fi. Но несмотря на эти проблемы, остановились бы здесь снова.

Location was great. property is not luxurious, but was ok for what we needed. Tennis court and gym are nice.

Too many people do not pick after their dogs. We extended by 2 days and booking.com is supposed to refund $150 cleaning fee but we are still waiting for that.

The apt was a good size

Well we went for vacation thinking that their pools would be heated in January.. and that was a huge problem!!! My 2yr old had filthy feet after 15 min from floor.. Black mold on air vents .. The rest was mostly clean The big thing was, that the kitchen cabinet part wasn’t secured and fell on my foot and ruined the trip.

Love that there’s a laundry unit inside. Kitchen was very useful.

Pots and pans and utensils were not very good quality. I bought pans because food kept sticking to the pans that were there. A/C Unit was not working for the first 3 days We were hot and didn’t understand why. Turns out the filter was not in there. I called customer support and they got maintenance out there (same day) to fix the A/C. Afterwards, the stay was amazing!

I needed a wheelchair accessible apartment and the location was perfect. The apartment is located in a gated community. There is reserved parking spaces in feont of the building. The unit was pretty clean and welcoming. I didn't utilize the pool but, noticed the unit was in close proximity to the pool area.

The instructions to obtain the door code was not very intuitive. I had to search through emails to figure it out. I experienced a long wait to enter the community when the gates are locked.

The communication with the clients is very good. Someone always answers the phone, or replies the messages, or calls in response to a message. I had problems to lock the door with the electronic lock, and someone quickly came to fix it, even when it was Thanksgiving day! The place was clean, it had all necessary items for a quick stay. It was quiet place, and close to many stores.

The coffee table broke and I reported it, but no one came to repair it while I was there. For other matters or any questions, they did actually respond. The toilet in the guest bathroom is not filling up the tank, and the bathtubs are kind of clogged. I didn’t report those, though.; I should have. Just little things to keep in mind, but nothing that affected my stay.

The location was perfect for us. Very clean and well kept. Easy to access and leave . Will definitely stay here again .

Tenir compte que dans ce complexe est partagé avec des gens qui y habitent a l'année longue.

We had quite a few roaches and worms visit us during the weekend. I realize it’s a tropical area but that’s always a little unsettling.

Everything.. the location, access to the gym, pool.. parking was never an issue.

The outside property was well kept. Parking location was very convenient.

The electric lock was not working. I called three times to get assistance. It took two hours for maintenance to come and fix it. We were stuck in the apartment for the two hours because we could not lock the door. We spotted two bugs in the bed!

Apartment 109 was moldy and the bathtub in the master bed room had a hydrogen sulfide smell coming from the plumbing. called management to fix it and they didnt follow up. there were roaches and millipedes in the apartment.
