Hotel je veoma lep, izuzetno čist i osoblje je više nego uslužno. Spa i bazen su odlični, hrana u restoranu takodje. Kada smo bili prošle godine, hrana je bila poprilicno loša, ove godine je odlicna. Komplimenti kuvaru! Pored hotela je gusta borova šuma sa kružnom stazom od nekih 3 km. Sve u svemu, lepo mesto za provesti vikend sa porodicom.

Temperatura prostora u kojem je bazen bi mogla biti par stepeni veća. Za odrasle nije bilo strasno, ali deci je bilo poprilično hladno van vode. Temperatura vode je ok.

The hotel is brand new (opened in January 2023). Ultra modern, perfectly furnished, extraordinary swimming pool, great spa centre. Our room was of a normal size, the bathroom was perfect. Regarding swimming pool: one of the best I have seen in a hotel - absolutely amazing!

Staff is nice, but not experienced enough. Maintenance is not at appropriate level (problems with Wi-Fi, one light was not working) and while new everything is more or less ok but in a few years… Breakfast is not rich enough (bread is not good, coffee is bad, in general choice is rather limited) as it should be in this kind of hotel.

Everything looks very modern and new. The staff is exceptionally polite.

The room did not have any air conditioning and it was too hot to fall asleep at all. We were advised to open the windows instead, and our room was quite literally crawling with bugs because there are no bug or mosquito nets on the windows. It was either sleep with bugs or have a heatstroke in our sleep. The breakfast buffet was not labelled for any allergens or even dish names so I was very limited in what I could safely eat due to a severe nut allergy. The bed was very uncomfortable. We would consider returning but would need to bring a portable vent with us, and the price should be considerably lower due to the inconvenience.

It is a great hotel, really clean and nice with amazing people working in it.

The breakfast seemed fine until a few hours later when 3 out of 4 people got really sick from the food served for breakfast that morning, including my pregnant wife. Firstly we thought that it can’t be possible, because the night before we ate at the hotel restaurant, and it was all good. In the end we all had food poisoning with severe diarrhea and vomiting and the whole day after was ruined.
