Forgotten unit -POORLY cleaned. For an "extended stay" there was not ONE dish or spoon. Not even normal toiletries in the bathroom. Something was seriously off with this establishment.

Booked for 1-night to visit Jason Woods. The service was great and staff were very kind. The room was very clean and seems updated. We had the 1 queen bed room with kitchenette. Free breakfast on the weekend and free coffee is always out. They also sell snacks at the front desk which is a plus considering there's not much convenience stores around. Overall enjoyed my stay.

The staff is very friendly and there is a nice calming outdoor space. Breakfast is only during the weekend though. You can get coffee. You need to order things ahead of time for your room. Pots pans bowls plates etc. No housekeeping for our Saturday night to Sunday.

We were planning to arrive on 8/8/2024, but that morning we were hit with unexpected crazy amounts of rain and high winds. Despite that we decided to take the 3 hour trip because my fiancé is a truck driver so he’s very experienced with such conditions, and because it was our son’s 7th birthday and had plans to celebrate. About 90 minutes in we were rear ended by a driver going very fast and ended up sliding into another car in the rain. Our car was totaled but luckily everyone came out alive with minor injuries. After going to the hospital and making sure everyone was alright we contacted the property. We spoke with a woman who claimed to be the manager, I do not remember her name but it was the morning of 8/8/24. We explained the wild and unfortunate situation and that we had plans to celebrate my son’s birthday. She seemed very understanding and sympathetic, after checking our reservation information she explained that since we booked through Expedia we had to go through them to process the refund and that they would absolutely approve it on their end. She assured us that when Expedia reached out to them the refund would be approved. We thanked her and expeditiously contacted Expedia to start the process and even explained the situation to them& that we spoke to a manager& she assured us that the refund would be approved. Expedia thencontacts them& comes back to us and says that after multiple tried they were unable to get approval for the refund from the property manager.

While check in was a breeze and everyone was lovely, our nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. The room and decor were old except the bathroom and kitchen which have been remodeled. The carpet, wallpaper and couch have seen better days. Noisy in front of hotel.

I thought I was getting a room with two bed but it was a deluxe suite with one queen bed and a sofa bed. The room was clean for the most part and the full refrigerator and kitchenette was good. The water pressure in the bedroom was great and the water temp was great. Expedia has check out time at 12pm but the hotel says check out is 11am. That’s a huge issue.

We stayed for a sporting event. We booked a two night stay and cut it short by a day after we seen multiple cockroaches in our room! We did not get any reimbursement for checking out a day early. There also was no one working at the front desk for hours the evening we checked out. We tried calling and no answer, doers were shut to the office and lights were out we waited several hours and no one. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I asked during checkin that the room was a no pet allow room and he confirm yes. Based on smell and condition of furniture it was not. My wife could not stay there. we cancel and left.

Booked hotel at this location specifically for the OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL.
Pool clearly advertised and photos shown of outside pool.
Upon arrival, I looked for the pool. I see that it is a big empty "Dry" hole that would not serve as a pool.
We did not check in to the hotel and we had Expedia intervene to assist in locating suitable Hotel accomodations elsewhere that did not misrepresent their hotel amenities.
This created a very stressful situation very late evening.
If I hadn't a severely broken/ fractured foot & Ankle the outdoor pool wouldn't have been THAT big of a deal breaker maybe. But, I'm not keen on misrepresentation in any form.
Expedia nailed it in assisting to relocate us for a 2 night stay . Thanks Expedia.

I had a room on the 3rd floor. The hallway stank, it was a musty cigarette odor. I ventured to the other floors and they didn't have that smell. However my room didn't smell which was great.
The pullout bed wasn't super comfy but those never are. The bed was soft but the pillows were very flat, no support what so ever.
They don't offer any free breakfast, and the pool is closed for the season due to maintenance issues. They did say that we could use the hotel across the parking lot, so after walking down the lot, across the street and up into the building we used the pool.
Staff was really friendly, and helpful, they apologized about the pool situation.

Although the hotel was impressive inside & outside, as were the efficiency rooms, there were problems.The advertised pool is closed for the summer due to maintainence issues. The advertised free breakfast is actually avail only on weekends. The efficiency rooms don't have cooking,eating or drinking utensils. One desk staff on afternoon/nite shift on 5/30 had poor attitude. Both my and my husbands key didn't work when arrived back to room, when we went to front desk, the woman fixed the key but offered no appologies and had a bad attitude. The women on both our check in day 5/29 and checkout day 5/31 were wonderful.

Very limited in personal care for the guests, my husband asked for more soap and shampoo because we was 3 girls with a long hair and the front desk just give us 1 mini extra shampoo and 1 soap and very old the carpets inside the room and in the hallway smells.

we liked that it was off the main highway and that it was pretty quite for the kids to go to bed. We enjoyed having a big regrigerator, and stove top. We also liked that they had a pull-out couch in the main living room and then another queen bed off in another room.

The woman that checked us in on Saturday was extremely helpful & accommodating. She brought it to my attention that I reserved a smoking room ( I didn’t realize this) and she didn’t have any other rooms available, so she put an ionizer in the room for a few hours and went above & beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

This hotel is in a decent location but has very old unkept mattresses and furniture. Linens are minimal. Small room , very loud at night . No fruit options for breakfast. I would not stay here again. Just got bought from extended stay but is not up to brand standards.

Place was just ok, nothing special. Lady at the front was ok, nothing special. She wasn’t polite but wasn’t rude kind of just straight and to the point. so if your looking for ok this is your place and I don’t mean this as an insult at all.

Our room smelled of cat urine, it was a queen bed with a sofa pull out. 4 occupancy. It was average otherwise. I would have left and found another hotel if we werent so tired, we sprayed ourselves with cologne and perfume to get by.

This is an older hotel but the bed was absolutely amazing! My daughter said it was in the top 5 of all the hotel beds she’s stayed in over the years. The pillows and linens were very nice and the bathroom was updated and very clean. The kitchenette was also updated with all the essentials. The staff were very friendly each day. Overall a wonderful experience while attending a volleyball tournament at Spooky Nook! I would definitely book there again!

Room was to be a non-smoking room but the hallways and the room smell like musky cigarettes. The room had cigarette burns in the carpet and the air vents in the room were gross. I would like a refund for this stay it was a horrible experience. My family had to sleep fully clothed as that’s how dirty it felt. Unfortunately, there was nothing else available in the area to leave the hotel

The place was nice and somewhat clean, unfortunately we notice areas of the room with pet hair and my wife end up having an allergic rash all over her body. We had pet hair all over our bags and in the sofa bed.

Our room was not ready. Dishes still in dishwasher. Spilled sticky drink on small table top. No remote or TV listings in room. Someone forgot to come back and finish the room.
