This is a quiet little resort. Great atmosphere and easy access to the water. I will definitely be back.

This was a great stay! Loved being able to wake up to the river and having access to kayaks. Definitely a great experience.

One of the most delightful and peaceful places we have stayed, even though there was a tornado in the middle of the night. The few things that were broken in our cabin when we arrived, the owner, Jerry, had them fixed by the time we returned from exploring the area the first day! We will always have wonderful memories of sitting by the lake and enjoying the early morning sunshine and birdsong. This is a place we would recommend to anyone that does not want to stay in a soulless chain hotel in the middle of the city. Wish it weren't so far away as we would love to stay there again! Thank you, Jerry, for a wonderful stay!

This facility is very well maintained and is on a nice inlet of Lake Hamilton. All the folks in my group were very happy with my selection of this accommodation for our trip to Hot Springs

We enjoyed our visit. nice area quite and relaxing. had a chance to take a swim which was in walking distance from our place. We also played horseshoes that were at the park area. We are glad we found this place. Would return again.

It was relaxing, quiet and convenient. We chose to spend the day at the lake, kayaking, grilling, reading a book with chairs in the lake water. A great resort. We’ll be back !

We really enjoyed our stay, will try & come back again next year. Jerry & Steph are great hosts, very quick to respond to any questions we had.

We enjoyed the freedom of grilling, bonfire, be outside by the water, relaxing AND they have two kayaks that allowed us to experience for the first time, absolutely wonderful experience!! Very nice hosts, very helpful!!!

This property is easy to find and easy access to historic downtown and the National Park. It was a great spot for exploring everything in the area. We really enjoyed it.

I wanted to be closer to the water because I am 73 years old and I was put at the very top and it was very hard for me to walk up and down the hill with my son

The cabin and surrounding area were really cute and cozy. We loved the proximity to the lake, the owners were really sweet, and the patio was great. The bed was very comfortable. The pull-out couch mattress was thin and not very comfortable, the couch looked old so it didn’t feel as clean, and there were cosmetic details such as the stove-top and linen that could use updates. Overall, I wouldn’t call it a resort because there were limited amenities, however the cluster of cabins and the property overall made for a fun, cost-effective and safe stay for the week. I would book again. Hopefully in the future there are some updates such as kayaks/life-jackets available.

Kind and flexible management/ownership. The location was an easy drive to numerous tourist attractions. We will come back and stay again soon.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. it was peaceful and relaxing. Jerrry was a good host and he took care of EV charging station.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay ray here. The area was quiet, the property had everything we needed, and the cottages were charming. We were here for 5 nights while exploring the Hot Springs area. We stayed in one of the dog friendly cabins and were delighted with the old charm feeling. The cabin had everything we needed for the stay (minus food and toiletries). The doggie area was straight across from the cottage so it was conveniently located. There was a porch, grill and seating area just outside the door. Since it was mid-fall we really enjoyed sitting outside. We enjoyed the shared space down by the river as well. We had several evening fires in the pits provided, just relaxing by the water. While we were there, it was quiet and exactly what we wanted. A little get-a-way place that offered the comfort of a home, but little enough to be cozy. The only thing we would have changed, was the bed. We weren't as confortable on it as we would have liked, but we're older and spoiled. 🙂 We'll be back!!

Cabin #1 was the best right on the water with kayaks and a bonfire it was so beautiful to wake up and be able to look out on the water, can’t say enough good things

Beautiful lake front property with cozy cottages. We stayed for our Anniversary weekend and the resort is located within a few miles of everything you’d possibly want to eat, activities, and shopping. Well maintained and equipped with cooking utensils and items.

The cottages are very clean and come with nearly anything you need to stay a while. Everywhere you go there are grills and we were even provided some charcoal and lighter fluid to get started. The view was absolutely gorgeous and we couldn't have been happier with cottage #4! The literal only complaints we could think of was that we couldn't get our oven to work and the umbrella outside was not in good condition and kind of wonky. Overall though we were so happy with our stay and after 3 days, we didnt want to leave!

It is a nice vacation edge to river. Kayaks are available as bonus

We had a great time at Edgewater Resort!!! We loved sitting by the water! The cabin was clean and so cute. Great Family Vacation! We cannot wait to come back!!

This property is close enough to town but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Cabin was updated nice and owners went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Only bad thing was we didn’t catch a fish but had a great time trying. Will definitely be back

Mr Jerry and his wife are the absolute sweetest people you could ever meet. They let us arrive a day early after i booked the wrong days. Our stay was awesome. The kids loved fishing directly from the private pier and kayaking. We ran onto bad weather on the way there and didnt arrive until after 7pm. Mr Jerry was still there cleaning up the property so it would be presentable for our arrival. Definitely a 10 out of 10!!!

The waterfront, the deck, the view and the exterior were amazing. Inside was clean but the shower is tiny. There’s no place to set your makeup & toiletries in the bathroom. I moved a chair next to the sink to set things on. Outlets/electric plugs were scarce. Even so, I would book again.

Cute and homey feeling! Served perfectly for a weekend getaway with friends. Staff was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Would stay again!
